It started off real fun my children were having a blast but near the end my autistic 5 year old son, who was filled with joy and excitement went into the room with bubble chairs and VR and the operator was extremely rude because he was trying to get into the chair. Karen over-killed it with the extra aggression towards him for just being a happy kid. Sometimes people have their own prejudices that try to conceal but come out by how they treat someone that doesn't look like them. We paid $127 for this experience it was ruined! The hype on Tik Tok which led us here was overrated and I wish I could've saved my money for something more beneficial. Needless to say we will not be going back. My children and I deserve better and this was not worth it only to be disrespected. One more thing how can you have a place called "Bubble City" and then the rules say no jumping, running? So you are supposed to just look at them and not really play with them? Oh please! It's better to get a bubble machine and do what you wanna do at home or in a park where children can run and plan, laugh and love life without being profiled or prejudged. I'm good. I'm black and...
Read moreBought tickets at the store and I was overcharged for my family. I have two kids and one of them is 1yr old and should have been free. I was charged two full children tickets. I told the staff member handling the tickets prior to the charge that my baby was 1yr old. He made a mistake and charged 2 children at $26 each. Didn't catch it until I got the email receipt (no paper receipts there). Fine ok they can just quickly correct that right? No, they cant. I have to contact an online company, Fever, through email in order to try and get the refund. Terrible service with Fever btw, took days to get a response and that answer was nope. They have a NO refund policy no matter what. Even if it was a Genuine Mistake done by the staff at the store. TLDR: buy tickets online..its cheaper and you can be sure you won't get overcharged. The actual experience was decent. My girls enjoyed it. IMO it's expensive for a 40 min experience. Family of 3 and a baby is ~$110 at store on the weekend (I was charged 145 for...
Read moreI paid $140 for my family of four. Upon arrival, the first problem was that the online price was different; it was my first time there, and I didn't know the price had gone up almost $40 for paying in person. I took my children inside the sensory play area, which had a swing, and my son went on it. Then the staff came to tell me he couldn't go on it (how can you take a child to a sensory center and not be able to use the products, especially knowing you'll have autistic children who have difficulty understanding what's going on around them?). There were also no bubbles available, neither in the blue room nor the small one. And last but not least, the last set of gray inflatable balls was completely deflated, and there weren't any left for the other children to play with! This shouldn't happen because we all pay for a service, and they should provide quality at any time the place is open! That's why the service was terrible! And I...
