Sbarro — Restaurant in Grapevine

Sbarro is located in the Grapevine Mills food court serving up pizza, pasta, breadsticks, and more!

After a long day of strolling through the mall while shopping til we drop, we decided to grab a quick bite to keep us fueled for our shopping spree. We stumbled across the food court and decided to get slices of pizza at Sbarro. The line was fairly short, but the staff did a great job getting the guests in and out. We went ahead and ordered 2 cheese slices and a pepperoni with 2 garlic bread sticks. After ordering the slices, the staff puts the slices in a toaster conveyor, which quickly reheated the food, keeping it nice and hot with a slight crisp to the crust. As we paid for our food, we went ahead and ordered strawberry lemonades to complete the meal and quickly tried to find seats to sit at since the food court was packed due to a weekend afternoon. We sat next to the carousel where the ambiance was live and crowded with hungry shoppers trying to fulfill their growling stomachs.

Overall, the pizza was A-OK, and the cheese to sauce ratio was decent. I wasn't a fan of the crust due to being a tad bit dry and hard. The breadsticks were dry as well, with little to no moisture, making it hard and chewy. The prices were fair and decent for fast food in a food court establishment located...

So after l made the line very hungry l wanna order a whole pizza from what they got sitting on the counter and storage below already cooked, the guy said that l have to wait 20 minutes to make me a new one because they're selling does ones already made by slide since they're make more money selling it by slide than selling the whole pizza ( like if I'm asking free pizza or something) , just go get pizza somewhere else like me I'm not coming back there , customer always right especially a hungry one, customer don't care were do you make more profits or not, so l just when Charley's and eat...

5:15pm today July 3, I'm ordering a whole pizza cause is cheaper than by slice I have 3 kids, so the guy told me that they are not cooking more pizzas cause it's gonna take them 55min so I'm like ok I ll wait, so he goes back to an old lady and the lady comes to me saying that there about to close, so that's why they are not putting more pizzas on the oven, so we went to Taco Bell. I guess they just being lazy. I work on a restaurant and we tried to sell has much has we can and tried to get all customers happy but I guess this is not one of these...
