I'm only reviewing on what I saw. I went in yesterday... Aug 24, 2024 around 3:30pm ordered fries. The fries were hot. But while I was standing there I witnessed two things that will be in my mind each time I even think about going back. First... one of the mgrs stuck his hand in the ice bucket in the front and scooped some ice out and put in his green drink (disgusting) then I saw the young lady make a mistake and knock over all the cups near her register. ... you could tell she was thinking about just picking them up and putting them back after they fell on the floor. I'm standing there watching....she did put them back in the original spot at first but I think she noticed that she was being watched so another worker came and helped her pick them up and took them to the back. I'm SURE they were put back on the counter after some time. I know restaurants do stuff behind the scenes but to physically see it and for it to be a manager who dips his bare hands in the ice let's me know they are doing a LOT more GROSS things with our food...

I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and my name was never called I walked up to the counter and asked about my order and the girl said ummmm I don’t think we’re going in order. So I waited another 10min and at that point just asked for a refund because my time is not to be spent waiting at an establishment with poor customer service.
I went to the counter to request a refund and the young man did whatever he needed to do and when I noticed the refund did not immediately go back on my Apple Card I asked him about it and his response was “oh well I don’t know”! And my refund was never returned and I will be contacting corporate. It’s early in the morning and people are close to kissing flight’s because they haven’t received the food that they paid for. I will NEVER return to this Wendy’s again. And management if you read this…get down there and HELP...
Read moreI ordered #7 on the menu which indicate big bacon classic. I got my food in a lightening speed which very amazed by that kind of fast service. Then the moment of truth came to light after a couple of bites through my burger. I noticed it does not have bacon at all. I brought the issue to their attention to fix the problem and their respond was , since I took a bite out of it they can only give me the bacon by it self so I can put it myself. I refused that. Mind you, either the manager or shift manager him self was telling me that. It is unexpected from a Manager of the place to stand behind a fault of his subordinates instead of making sure customer satisfaction is assured and both the store and Wendy's Co. Imag is not tarnished. So , I desposed the rest of the burger,fries and drink in the trash and left. I must say,...
