Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grayling

Don’t order a delivery from these folks!

I went in Sunday about 8:45, well before they closed, to grab a hot and ready. I had been working all day and finally had a chance to grab some food. When I walked in, the folks in the drive through window and kitchen looked my way but didn’t acknowledge me. Figuring they were a little busy with the one car in the drive through, I waited. And water some more. An employee was leaving for the evening, so I just left.

I placed a delivery order online at 9:01 and my card was charged. Estimated delivery came and went. I tried calling them and no one picked up. I called the LC help line and they told me they were waiting on a driver. Since it was already 10pm I asked to cancel the order. They then told me that the pizza was done but was given to the wrong driver. The folks at this location didn’t call to let me know they were having drivers issues.

Bottom line, the folks charged me and never made the pizza and expected me to be okay with that. I wouldn’t order from these people since they clearly don’t care to...

09/07/19 Sadly there isn't a negative rating 😖. We ordered online, received emails for confirming the order & emails stating time of pickup, along with code... Get there, they had given half our order to someone else (or so we were told 🙄) and the new one was going in the oven that minute... REALLY??? Manager Karen, said she was sorry, have a good night... Uhm...ReEalLy!! No, here's a pop and/or bread sticks for OUR mistake?? Then said she felt bad about it happening with someone else a bit prior!? Sad!!! On soooo many levels!!! The manager was to busy to care because she was on her personal phone & can't control how they get handed out, her words, not mine... Sad for Little Cesars name to have an employee like Karen and not to mention the youth that work...

Tried to call to order my pizza ahead, didn’t get an answer. Stayed on the line waiting for them to answer while we drove to the store. Took about 25 min to get to the store drive right up to the window, no one waiting. I told the teller I was on the phone waiting for them to answer, he said they were stupid busy. I asked what did you do take the phone off the hook. He said yes we are stupid busy and told me it would be 50 to 55 min to get an order, I said we would like to order again he told me it would be 50 to 55 min to get an order. I ordered then he went to do something else expecting me to pay before I got the order. I waited a few minutes and decided it wasn’t worth it. It’ll be a long while before we try to buy a pizza there again....
