Taco Bell — Restaurant in Graymoor-Devondale

Service was beyond horrible. Especially with the employee by the name of Spade. I sat in the long drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Finally get to the speaker it's not working. So of course I pulled up to the window and proceeded to give the cashier my order and he tells me I can't add on at the window. I never had the chance to place my order in the first place. I'm like ok but your speaker isn't working and he acknowledged it wasn't . He then proceeded to tell me I have to pull back around in the drive to have my order taken now that the speaker is working . Definitely unacceptable . I will be calling and reporting this to someone higher up . No way to treat a customer because your speaker wasn't working and I'm just supposed to be some kind of mind reader and the fact that you had the nerve to tell me I had to pull back around in the drive thru was bogus and absurd.After I waited in line like everyone else did. Resturant was clean but the drive thru service was the worst ive ever experienced at any resturant. The person at the speaker rushed me through the ordering process continually asking me "is that all, is that all" rude as can be. Once I got to the window my order was wrong immediately where I then handed it back through the window... the young lady told me it was correct and handed it back even after I insisted something was still missing.. I get home and 3 items are missing and my food is beyond under portioned. My quesadilla was so thin you could see through it with a flash light and do wall art and was crispy as a baked lays potato chip. I've been going to taco bell for 30 years. 10 of 10 will never take my money here again. The manager wanted to argue when I tried to call and get it fixed. Terrible...

Hate to say anything bad about this location. Usually service is top notch. On this visit, I walked out. Usually I use drive though. But this time I decided to go in. I tried repeatedly to use self serv kios. I could not add nacho fries to my order. They were not an option. Then went to counter to try to order. Waited over 15min and was never acknowledged. A young came to the counter to punch out. She spoke and said goodbye to employees. But never acknowledged me. At the least she could have told them there was a customer at the counter. I noticed orders were backed up in the drive though area. A (I guess) manager told them they needed to start getting these orders out. Guy at window said they were trying. But didn't know what orders were next. After that I left. I guessed Taco Bell didn't need my...
