Not impressed. I am a coffee connoisseur and again- not impressed. Me: ma’am how many shots come n yr lrg americano? Them: hmmm “4 or more” Me: I’ll take it w/ 4 sugar in the raw and leave room at the top. Get to the window: it’s not hot (i should’ve known cause it would’ve been dble cupped) me…. Dble checking… ma’am how many shots in this and can I have extra sugar in the raw? ( cause they never sweetened it enuf)Them: 3… Me: add a shot. At the window still… she hands me white sugar and I asked again about sugar in the raw… them: they add syrup to sweeten it. Me: I didn’t ask for that. Them: next time maybe be more clear. Me: ma’am I was very clear restating: sugar in the raw, brown sugar. Them: hands me sugar in the raw…..then and this is the ultimate tacky move……they ask for white sugar packs back. How tacky is that… who ask for sugar packs back🤯. Smh…. Trash. I pulled up just for an XL Coffee with cream and sugar. The top was not fully on the cup so the coffee spilled on my hand, causing blisters the next day. It was way too hot for them not to be putting the top on properly. I pulled up to pour some out and was disgusted by the look of the coffee. I asked for 4 cream, 4 sugars and it just looked muddy and cloudy. Still, I was like let me try it since that's what I came to do. Terrible. I literally poured it out in the parking lot then went down the block to Dunkin. I definitely won't be back. Who even wants to try any of the seasonal drinks if you can't get plain brewed coffee right?! I get drive-thru coffee twice a day so I was really hoping to make this my new spot when I saw it opening up. Really...

First time and was greeted by Teyreek (so sorry if the spelling is wrong) at the drive through! I told him it was my first time and he hooked me up with some first timer treats! Customer service here is impeccable. It felt like a local morning coffee/breakfast place where you know you’ll be greeted with energy and happiness! Not only was customer service exceptional, my drink was insane 😮‍💨 I got the oatmeal cream pie latte and it was soooo delicious. I also got the mini donuts and the everything bagel sandwich.
