I bring my vintage items here. When I say vintage I mean late 1800's-1930's. I WILL NOT let anyone else touch my vintage items but Grayson Jewlers. For me it honestly boils down to they earned my trust for me to leave my precious pieces with them. It is not 1 piece here and there.......they’ve handled a lot of my vintage rings and they’ve came out exceeding my expectations. The owners are trustworthy and awesome genuinely knowledgeable people. Their staff is awesome ladies whom are also knowledgeable. You will not go wrong at Grayson Jewelers. If I were to move out of town I will cart my butt here still for them to do work on my rings because the quality of work is top notch, I know them enough and trust them enough to leave my piece with them even if I’m 7 hours away.....Their customer service: they'll treat you like a person...not a dollar symbol. They will not force you into you into something you may not be ready to purchase at that very moment in time, not like a car sales person. They’re just honestly, great people and I’m VERY glad I met them and they’re here to do work on my rings when I...
Read moreHey guys, I had to give Grayson Jewelers a five because of the great service, and overall respect for customers. I have been going to this store for four years now, and I have always been treated warmly when I enter the store. I usually go to get a battery for my watch, or a watch repaired. Simple, and happy with the service. On October 23, I went to Grayson Jewelers to get a longer pin put in a watch, so while waiting I started looking at jewelry. BTW, my mom has wanted a diamond cross for a while now. A necklace with quality diamonds cost money, and lately my money seems to be angry at me. It leaves home and doesn't return. I mentioned my mom wanting a cross to Joe the owner. He worked with me and I got my mom a nice cross. It's not diamond, but it is a good little cross with a small diamond in the center, and she loves it. If you're in the area check out Grayson Jewelers and see Joe. He's no pressure sale and a good guy. He can probably help you find a great gift for a loved one at a reasonable price. Good luck. God...
Read moreHow can I put this to words......I love the fact that its close by but unless you're a male you get treated better. The times I've been in Grayson jewelry the female staff seem to have a attitude unless you plan to spend money. For the male staff that they do have are great I think the female staff could learn some better way to approach a guest when they walk in with out giving a stuck up look. The last time I was there it was my birthday and so I treated myself to the Pandora sale they had going on. I walked in and sure enough I was helped out. Durring my experience there the girl suddenly changed her tone and greated the people that just walked in. I thought to my self why was I not treated the same way.....so I didn't think anything so bought what I wanted and left. My experience that I'd gotten was a joke the male staff actually know how to treat their guest with respect and equality. The female staff they only do it if you are of the opposite sex and willing to spend money. Hands down the worst female staff...
