absolutely terrible. the new owner has run this place into THE GROUND. everything is overpriced for what it is, 6 dollars for a smoothie?! come on. the owner claims the pastries are "homemade" but don't let him fool you. everything is from Sams Club, Great Harvest or Sweet Brown Sugas and overpriced to the point that you can get one muffin for the same price it would be to get twelve at Sams Club.

the drink are mediocre and the coffee often tastes like muddy water and the espresso tastes burnt and often the milk tasted curdled and FAR too hot.

the food tastes like cheap gas station food, especially the chicken salad sandwiches and the lamb gyros, the chicken salad is a soggy mess from a tub, "toasted to look nice", everything is pre-made and reheated and then you're charged $8.00 for it.

not to mention the terrible treatment of the wonderful staff, degrading them, calling them obscenities, docking their pay to an unlivable amount and bringing them down to the point of tears when they did not a thing wrong, all because the owner had a bad day.

if you do visit TIP IN CASH, they work too hard to not get their tips. $50.00 plus in tips from those who tip with their cards go straight to the owner in claims that "They're to cover the mistakes that the staff make" and for "the cost of goods"

for Christs sake do not support this business, this is absolutely not the place to go if you want to...

AINT NOTHING SWEET!!What i got was a chicken cassadia i don't know if I spelled that right. With a waffle that was the size of a saucer for a child I'm not big but if I wanna eat I wanna eat.this was not worth the price. I called and asked about my bag being open when I specifically said please seal bag for a reason nicely. I didn't even eat it I felt discussed and all the person from the store said was it was the driver fault. It's your responsibility to look at my note and seal the bag to not have it tampered. If u would have done this I would have said yeah the driver. But this is food and your business u take pride in. Every one person is worth it as a costomer. U gave me a blank excuse as a business.This was too careless of you as a business. I have been coming here for several years now and from the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, welcoming ambiance and the cozy yet modern decor—it truly feels like a home away from home. Moody and his staff go above and beyond in their service, offering both professionalism and genuine friendliness that made me feel like a valued guest. The menu is wonderfully curated, with a delightful array of fresh, locally-sourced options. I ordered the Fancy turtle, and it was absolutely divine—perfectly balanced in flavor and presented with care. I can tell you that after three year the drinks are consistent no matter who makes it. They are yummy to my tummy. The team takes pride in being personable ensuring that every plate and drink that leaves the kitchen is wonderful.
