I am sure everyone says they never write reviews, but I actually mean it when I say I never write GOOD reviews--typically bad ones.

I was flying out for a wedding early Saturday morning and a dress I ordered from Windsor got delivered to my house Thursday evening. My dress happened to be loose, long, and overall not fitted--womp womp! I only had Friday to find an establishment to alter my dress within the same day. By luck, I found Ms. Berty via Google and gave her call. I explained to her my situation and by surprise, she was extremely helpful! She told me to come in and she would take care of me. I was shocked. It is pretty rare for alterations to be done with a short notice, but I raced over to Ms. Berty. I would like to first say she was professional, kind, welcoming, and my God, FAST with alterations. Although she had other customers' outfits to alter, she was able to alter to my dress within an hour while I waited there! Unbelievable! On top of that, she gave me such a great deal for all I was getting. The dress looked stunning on me afterwards. I highly recommend Ms. Berty, she knows her stuff! 10/10!! Will be recommending her to my family + friends. I will be back for future...

Where do I start? From the first day of asking Gilberte to make an alteration to a dress that I was wearing to a formal event she was amazing. I knew I could trust her with my dress because she was genuine, honest, professional and made me feel at ease with her recommendations. She listened to exactly what I wanted done. Her timely response to my questions and messages were excellent. She has this calming presence about her and you can tell she loves what she does. Her prices are affordable and you won't regret her services. I'm very grateful for Berty. She does great work and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing dress making services.
