McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Barrington

This is supposed to be a family restaurant. Don't bring your kids here. Especially after 5pm. The staff are racist they eat while they prepare your meal. The food isn't meant for a dog. And the lobby looks like a landfill. I waited at the counter 22 mins after being seen as soon as I walked in the door.this is not an isolated incident. It happens often. By often I mean everytime I go in there. Or a friend goes in there or anyone I hear of for all that matters. I filed an official complaint with corporate. Was promised a return phone call and much to my surprise...."nothing"!! So ill be following up with them. The night before this incident i had to call and report an intoxicated woman to the police because the manager refused to again this is a family establishment and there were families with chores inside. This woman I speak of was so intoxicated she drove over a traffic iand as I was crossing the parking lot. She continued and then parked sideways in the middle of the parking lot. Got out of the car and barely made it inside. The staff replied to our pleas for them to report her with ."that's not in my job desription."laughed and continued to try and take the ladies order. Back to the music, unless you want your minor children listening to music that contains vulgarity and degrading material dehumanizing woman and glorifying drug dealing and killing officers of the law... I just had the worst customer service on the face of the planet. The young lady who was supposed to be acknowledging the customers and taking their orders, chose to stock shelves with napkins and cups (not wearing gloves. Further, her nose was totally out of her mask which completely defeats the purpose) while myself and another woman waited to order. The woman in front of me called this girl about 15 times and she completely ignored her! I have never seen anything like that in my life. Finally I raised my voice and said “excuse me” which finally got her attention. She then completely walked away and thankfully another, very nice employee stepped in to help us out. I didn’t get the name of the problem employee, but she has dark hair, and a lot of eye liner. She should not be working in...

Well everyone here on here reviewing McDonald's in gb. You guys are so write depends on who is there your order may be right. As of right now they are losing alot of people across the board. Everyone that works there is under paid stressed out and short handed and always at nite time. Noone that works nite in that place speakes english anyone(select few do still). At nite on some days u will never get what you ordered or made the right way. I quit my job there lastnite due to the stress and not having help. I feel bad for the customers that having been going there for a very long time. I was a manger for over a year there and nothing has changed. They will never have enough...
