vivaldi's pizzeria — Restaurant in Great Barrington

People were friendly and the place was clean. Ordered a large cheeseburger grinder. The bread they use is great! Unfortunately, there was not much more to my grinder than the bread...for $14. They did not even splurge on the l/t/m, which is the cheapest part.

Sorry guys, but if you want $14 for a grinder there needs to be something to fill it. If I want a great loaf of bread I will go to a bakery.

Post edit in response to the place's comment: I did not let you know right away because it was take out and I did not open it until I was well away from the pizzaria. At that point it was too late. I guess I made the mistake of assuming we are all adults and that something as simple as a cheeseburger grinder would not be a problem. My mistake, I guess lol. And because of the snide remark towards me I will never be back and will be sure to speak badly of your establishment. Hope it was worth it. Maybe learn to take criticism at face value and just do better. Sometimes saying nothing is the best...

This place is weak.

Every time I've gone(been at least 8 times since opening) there as been a different, confused, stessted out girl at the counter. I can only assume, that they are paying them next to nothing. I'm sure they wonderTF is gonna pay baby food, or at the new brakes on the car they need to get there.

Price on slices raised, while quality plumited. Also, are you kidding me? 10-15 minutes to heat a couple premade slices... Hey, if I'm buying a slice I'm prolly on my damn lunch break, other places can get me in and out in less the 3 minutes.

...but get this, 20min wait for a salad pickup. Again.. can't kid me... I know how long a salad takes to make.

The food is not worth being late back to work. You're boss will not forgive.

I hope delivery soggy food, to out of towner at their hotel rooms works out for you.. cause you certainly arn't...

THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:: I recently moved to egremont Massachusetts from QUEENS NEW YORK. please, take it from someone who ate REAL pizza on an almost everyday basis: THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE AREA. hands down. No lie. Whenever my friends come over to visit? We pick up a party sized pie from here. Their pizza is real authentic new york style pizza. Any of the other pizza I've had in the area do not compare. Most of the other crusts in the area are basically bread. It's so thick and gross. This crust is nice and thin and perfect. To all the haters posting nonsense: have you ever even had real pizza?? Keep up the amazing...
