Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Great Falls

We visited on 3/25. When we walked in, everyone was very welcoming. We got seated right away, it did take a while for our order to be taken but the waiter was waiting for us to all be seated since one or the other was in the restroom, so I get it. We were quickly handed our food and a lady quickly said enjoy your food and walked away quickly without making sure we got everything. We didn’t, we were missing our daughters food. We tried getting attention of our server but he was pretty busy. For a hour he never acknowledged us or came to our table to make sure we got everything. It was literally like we became invisible. My daughter was getting cranky like most 12 month olds do when they don’t eat so we were trying harder to try to get someone’s attention but still seemed invisible to everyone. I finally got up and talked to the gentleman who was seating people and explained what happened and we’d like some boxes and a check because by then we were just done with being there. That gentleman quickly came with a check and boxes and apologized and explained only two were on the floor. The waiter came with our receipt and said “sorry you guys have been looking for me” I then explained that we didn’t get her food so we will have to feed her at home and he replied “do you want me to get it?” And I said no we got to go it’s too late. And he ran off and never apologized about the service and never heard from him on the way out. I feel bad. Every review of Great Falls sucks. But not without good reason. Went here last night. Sat at the bar. Maybe the bartender had just been busy, but when I arrived it was pretty dead throughout the whole restaurant. I found a seat at the bar that wasn't miserably dirty, but still not clean and sat down. Let me set the stage. Maybe 5 other customers at the bar (two closing out) at an approximately 20 top bar. The bartender came over after about 5-7 minutes of me sitting there and set the menus in food and drink sweat/spills from previous customers and immediately asked me if I wanted something to drink. I got the feeling she didn't see, or worse, didn't care how dirty the area was, I very politely and uncomfortably asked her if she could please wipe down the area? She snatched up her credit card receipts and cash tips left from the previous customers and walked away saying "I'll get right on that." For the next 5 minutes I watched her completely ignore me and the filthy bartop while assisting other duties and frequently looking my way as if it would clean itself. 5 minutes may not seem like much, but when the server isn't in the weeds, the customer is sitting in a dirty area, it feels like forever. As a bartender you're in the customer service/hospitality business. You rely on tips to make ends meet. On the flip side, I don't need to spend my hard earned money to be treated like trash. Hostess - Horrible Waiter - Austen - AWESOME!!! Food - Always Great!

My family and I went to BDubs tonight for dinner and was very very disappointed. The restaurant was extremely busy, so I of course take that into consideration when I go out to eat. I was greeted by a very rude hostess I believe named Jessica. We arrived around 6PM. I asked for a booth, and there was none available so I asked if we could get 2 tables pushed together to seat the 5 of us. Instead to taking the time to put 2 tables together, she took the lazy route and just pulled a chair off a close table and told us that was fine. After insisting that was going to be too cramped, I told her I wanted two tables together and I helped her do it since It didn't look like she was going to anyway. We sat for almost 10 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter Austen. The hostess never told him we were seated in his section, so to no fault of his own he never knew we were there. Our server was AWESOME!!! He of course apologized and I knew he didn't know because I watched the exchange between him and the hostess. He seemed upset she didn't tell him, and she just laughed at him. Then she had another girl I think named Jamie standing there almost the whole time doing nothing but talking to the hostess.
