Don, in fun area was very helpful. CS area people were visiting, every employee that walked in that area. I was on dog food isle , needing help and no one would come over to see if i needed help, was there at at least 15 min. They just stood around talking. In the horse feed area, the guy stocking feed , greeted me very polite and helped me load 2 sacks of feed. The cashiers are very nice. Seems like a lot of employees would rather talk to each other, then help customers. Walked passed ladies in clothing section several times and they never greeted me. 2 were working together. Other stockers were coming out of the rooms, walking right by me, never greeting me. Seems like management is lacking professional training. I've had the manager walk passed me and my husband several time and he would just be laughing with the young lady employee. CS should always be #1. Carry out young man, help was very polite. I've decided to get my exact animal feed at Mt. View Co-op. They greet customers everything and load all the feed for you. That's very good service. Please improve...

Read moreMy husband and I were shopping with a gift card looking for items we needed. We walked around the entire store for about 40 minutes with employees walking past us and no offer of help. Two employees in the fishing department actually looked at me, turned around and walked away, one of them getting on his phone to text. While in the pet department we were trying to find what we needed and while we were discussing trying to find it one employee in the aisle also ignored us. There were alot of employees working so they were not short handed and not alot of customers. In my 50 years of working I was always taught that customers come first and to approach them asking if they need help not the customer...
