I don’t even know where to start, but here it is. There’s a young, tall white guy—always wearing a cap, never making eye contact, and not once have I seen him smile. He works the front line and cashier at the new building they put up last summer. You’d expect decent service, but instead, it was a disaster.
This employee was ungrateful, lacked basic communication skills, and completely ignored me. I placed my order, and they skipped over me like I was invisible. I had to stand up and say, "I was here first," which was embarrassing.
The food? It’s okay. But honestly, you’re better off going somewhere else. We won’t be back. Poor service, zero eye contact, and definitely no tips from us. If someone can’t interact with customers, they shouldn't be working the front—maybe cleaning and maintenance would suit...
