If i leave from my house, the trail is exactly five miles here. Perfect for a run. This place holds a lot of significance for me since my family has been coming for years. My aunt also has a bench overlooking the part dedicated to her after she died. Kim, this is always your park.

Excellent spot for picnics, site seeing, soccer, baseball, football, or any other grass sport. Close to the Missouri biking location. Also a trail just above the park along the train rail area. Beautiful tennis courts.

Great park, lots of open spaces and gophers to look at. The play ground is rated from five years to 12 years but can be easily used by kids older than two. The fact that the park closes at 5 it's a weird misnomer because I saw plenty of people there at 8 p.m. in the summer. Lots of nice benches to rest at and paths to walk on including...
