Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Great Falls

The audacity for an employee to scoff at me for leaving no tip after I drive across town to PICKUP my order in person is astounding. I have placed a handful of pickup-only orders at this location and as of my past few visits, they now withhold my food until I sign a receipt, which suggests that I leave a tip. I place pick-up only orders to avoid the delivery & tip fees so my $20 order doesn't become a $30 order. I don't feel guilty for Domino's forcing tip culture on pickup orders now.

Edit: I would like to mention that the lady who scoffed simply took our pizza out of the oven and put them in the boxes, to then ring us up. We sat in-store for 8 minutes, so it was easy to watch the people who were actually working and making the pizza versus the lady who was on her phone the majority of the time.

Will not be giving this location our business again.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. This store is a joke. They messed my carry out order up. I'm a truck driver, so it's not as easy as just going back, or getting a credit. The manager said he'd fix it. Took all the info down to send out the replacement. After an hour and a half I start to call. I was either ignored, hung up on, or answered and left on the counter to hear the dirty comedy in the back. Finally someone answered, saying I had the wrong number. It's the exact same number I called to place my order. They wanted to close early, and did so. I drove my truck with two trailers down to go talk to them after they left me hanging for almost two and a half hours. 1150 pm, doors locked and inside cleaned up. They close at midnight. Worst service I have ever had, it was bad enough when they changed their pizza sauce, will never order pizza from them again, last night all I wanted was bread sticks, which they no longer have, now you have to order the specialty ones, which of course cost more, ok so I went thru the "Drive Thru". I told the server what I wanted, 2 minutes later he comes and asked do you want this or this, omg, really, so I tell him again what I want, another 2 minutes goes by and here he is again, how many sauces did you want??????? Again I tell the supposedly intelligent persond what I want, so he says it will be 10 to 15 min. If he could have remembered what I wanted it would be about done. Besides being overcharged for an item and having to wait forever I WILL NEVER COME BACK...
