Taco John's — Restaurant in Great Falls

Nw bypass store. Store manager Mike used threatening and intimidation when I requested to have my order fixed and contenued to hang up on me and refused to give me any information to complain about his customer service .everything about this store needs addressed the owner needs to get new management .every time I drive through I see employees smokeing weed out by the trash cans ..6/27/2018 I called and spoke to another manager today he was polite took my name and info for the 3rd time told me he would have the gm call me in regards to the issue with employees threatening customers I waited for 30 hours nobody called.next day 6/28/2018 I called for the 4th time spoke to the assistant General manager explained to him the situation he once again took my name and info down for the 4th time and told me he could not correct my order that all orders that were more than 24 hours old had to be approved by the general manager him being the assistant General manager this should not be an issue however I guess for the 4th time I'm being told that i have to wait for the order that I paid for and was messed up a week ago by there employees to be corrected.I have called corprate and emailed them as well. This store and seems to be there managment don't care about there quality of food or there customer service so keep this in mind when your hungry there's two other taco John in greatfalls that have great customer service and quality managment and food. so I'm sure I will be adding on to this...

I've been a few times cause it's near work. Always nasty potatoe oles which is why I go anyway. This time even asked for fresh and we ordered 2 large. It's like they made one fresh and mixed them togather with old to make 2 large. Called to see if maybe they could write my name down or something so I could go back tomarow or something and the shift lead said he may have a had like 3 or 4 old ones but that was it. My husband hasn't eaten all day so he just drowned his in cheese to be able to eat them. Half of mine are so hard they hurt my teeth to try and eat them. The shift lead stuttering thru his words cause he said all he could do is if I wasted my gas to go back right now. Its -8 out and I just got home from work and I work outside so dont feel like going back out in the cold where I have been all day cause they can't just make fresh oles. Didnt think it was that much to ask for. I am paying for it so why can't I get fresh food. I'll just drive extra ro the other taco John's cause I dont even have to ask and I get excellent and hot food. Just very mad cause wanted a quick hot meal and that was too much to ask. If I could give less than 1...

I visited Taco Johns tonight and my order was incorrect. They had purposely covered up their mistake on my food order. I called to let them know that they messed up. I was first accused of yelling at the person answering the phone and I told him I was not yelling then he starts yelling at me and not letting me talk. The item I needed off my order I am allergic to and they purposely piled other stuff on top of the item instead of removing it. Then the manager got on the phone and he wouldn't listen to my concern. He just basically told me they are to busy to talk to me right now and to come back in within 24hours with a receipt for a refund. I don't usually call and complain or post reviews but I was treated so poorly I had to let the public know. I will never eat or order anything from this taco Johns. Make sure you uncover your food before you leave the establishment as the first person I talked to said "we just try to remove the stuff we messed up on as to not waste food".
