Arby's — Restaurant in Greeley

The cashier via intercom and window service was very nice patient and polite. I was rather upset upon returning home to find we had neither of the 2 au jus sauces I ordered for the french dip sandwich and my entire order of lg beef and cheddar potato cakes and 2 sides of cheese sauce and an order of 8 mozerella sticks and my Dr pepper was diet coke my landlords order of the beef and cheddar and fish sandwich deal was missing the fish sandwich and his what was supposed to be dr pepper was diet coke. So of course I called the restaurant and they said come back we'll make it right for free........ 😳😳😳😳😳😳....... I'm like oh lucky me you'll do it free of charge....... WHEN I ALREADY PAID FOR A MEAL I DIDN'T GET HALF OF! 😤😤😤😤😤 but paying the ridiculous amount of money I did for the meal I went back long story short I came home STILL missing the moz. sticks. My lg beef and cheddar and fish sandwich and got 2 new cokes that were supposed to be dr pepper. I gave up at this point and made a frozen pizza. VERY unsatisfied and unhappy with my visit ESPECIALLY considering how much I paid for a meal I never received after making TWO trips all the way...

I brought my mom 2 hours to her doctor's appointment and stopped here for lunch! I was a little bit irritated because the guy who seemed to be in charge kept asking for my mom's crispy fish sandwich and I don't know what seemed to be the issue with it but people who ordered after us was getting their orders! I'm not that patient of a person but I did notice that it seemed that this location/manager was trying to give a few people a chance that other managers may not have so I didn't say anything! Finally we got our order and as I was walking away, I heard the manager say, "This is for Angie too!" I just thought that he put the curly fries in a separate bag so I took the bag and to my surprise, he had instead put 2 cherry pastries in the second bag! I didn't order them and they were not charged to my card either so I assume that he may have noticed my irritation on my face and wanted to give us some good customer service that you just don't find just anywhere nowadays! First time at this Arby's. This store is one of the best I've ever been to, and that's a lot of Arby's! Just like almost every other chain fast food places in Greeley, people are friendly, efficient, and maintain a good attitude when they are dealing with a rush. I was using an emailed "Birthday" special offer through the drive-through. The line went surprisingly quickly. The staff member was very friendly, actually wished me a happy birthday (!), and I also ended up with a medium shake, instead of small, and a sandwich that was way bigger and stuffed with beef than what the email offer said. I felt like I got sincere, friendly service. The bun was fresh, and the quality, generous quantity, and perfect cooking of their roast beef was awesome. The quality and the cooking tends to vary from one Arby's to another, and this store's food would easily get a "10" on a scale of 1 to 10. They really know how to do things right! Highly...
