WENT ON TUESDAY EVENING(3-8-2016) AROUND 9 WAITED FOR AROUND 10 MINUTES AT THE DRIVE THROUGH MIC WITH NO ANSWER! DROVE UP TO THE WINDOW WHERE I SEE A GUY RUN AWAY FROM THE WINDOW ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER A YOUNG HISPANIC GIRL COMES TO THE WINDOW AND BARELY PUTS ON HER HEAD SET AND ASKS IF I NEED ANYTHING. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I WAS WAITING AT THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR 15 MINUTES AND NOW IV BEEN WAITING AT THE WINDOW TO PICK UP MY FOOD FOR ANOTHER 5! SHE WAS KINDA SNOBBY AND ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T REALLY CARE HOW LONG IV BEEN WAITING! AT THE VERY END SHE DID MAKE AN APOLEGY TO ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND BUT IT SOUNDED EMPTY! SHOULDNT THEIR BE A MANAGER THEIR TO CLOSE THE STORE DOWN! IF THEIR WAS WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY DOING!

SECOND COMPLAINT(NOT AS BAD AS THE FIRST): WENT TO THE STORE AROUND 9:30PM ON 3/10/16 I DROVE UP TO THE DRIVE THROUGH MIC TO MAKE MY ORDER WHEN THE GIRL ANSWERED TO ASK WHAT I WANTED I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HER BECAUSE SHE WAS LAUGHING THROUGH THE MIC... MAYBE IF SHE CANNOT CONDUCT HERSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER SHE SHOULDN'T BE TAKING PEOPLES ORDERS! I UNDERSTAND THAT SHE MAY BE A GREAT WORKER BUT I FOUND IT VERY OFFENSIVE BEING LAUGHED THROUGH THE MIC LIKE I (THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T MATTER) ALL IN ALL THE END OF THIS SECOND COMPLAINT WAS FAR BETTER THAN THE FIRST! THE END I HAD GOOD TIMELY SERVICE MINUS THE LAUGHING!
I DON'T THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR A WHILE! I THINK IT STARTS WITH POOR MANAGEMENT I MAY TRY ANOTHER TIME DOWN THE ROAD BUT I WONT BE GOING BACK FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS!

Read moreThis place has become trash. Being short staffed does not give you the right to behave like you are at home. The girl working the drive through was standing there doing nothing for 10 mins after seeing us waiting for service. She continued to act like we weren't there then when she finally came to take our order acted like we were bothering her. I don't know what mad her so mad but she should know that she's at work. I tried to be patient because she was complaining about being short staffed, but her attitude was terrible. Then a young man came in from break and they talked for awhile as if no one was waiting for food. The lady making the food did not speak any English and was told multiple times that a burger wasn't correct. Finally after 26 mins I asked if our order was coming, the girl said yeah and continued to act like it was a bother to ask . If thats the kind of service your company allows at least let your prices match your service...

When I contacted Burger King to rectify the error, I was informed that the resolution would be to receive the correct items at a later time, with no additional compensation for the inconvenience. This means I would need to expend additional time and resources to obtain the items I originally paid for, placing the burden of their error entirely on me.
This experience reflects a concerning lack of quality control and customer consideration. Businesses that rely solely on their name without providing consistent quality and service ultimately fail to meet customer expectations. I will not be returning to Burger King and strongly advise others who have experienced similar issues with incorrect or poor-quality food to consider alternative establishments.
