Hiroshi Teriyaki Grill — Restaurant in Greeley

So I just left the the greeley 10th location, and was not satisfied, my order was about $22 for only 1 meal! and when I looked at at my bowl they gave me there was hardly any meat in my bowl. So I asked if they could give me some more , the first guy was nice enough to give a little more . Then a second worker comes out and started to give me dirty looks and started tell me rudely , "that's our portions" then as I was speaking to him he turn his back and walked away...like I'm not a valid customer and i didnt just over pay for some food ...this is why I don't like to go spend my hard earned money going out to eat ...cuz I never get wat I payed for in food or SERVICE! I honestly can't believe that guys attitude. People shouldn't work in customer service if they dont know how to control they're attitude. Also they gave me some little cups of wat I think is supposed to be extra teriyaki sauce...but it looks more like jelly now I know why I haven't been...

It has been a long time since I’ve had the Teriyaki chicken from here. Many moons ago, the one on the east side, I think was the original (different name) was FANTASTIC! You definitely got your moneys worth…they would cut the chicken per order, the sauce was thick (theirs is watered down)and the portion was enough for two. I stopped in to get dinner to go…the gentleman at the register seemed nice…I ordered the regular size. As the other gentleman was preparing my bowl…I was a little shocked on how little you get for $17. I asked the guy if that was the regular size and he said yes…I was surprised. I got a half bowl of rice, very little, sitting in a warmer) chicken and 3 pieces of vegetables. I don’t think I’ll go back…Teriyaki Madness’s portion are larger, the sauce is thicker (not watered down) and the price is cheaper. They need to go back to the original way of...

Ordered online, tried to call in to double check my order had went through no answer after three attempts finally went in and had to reorder, and noticed that the phone was ringing several times and no one was answering it, after wainting for my food for 20 minutes I got it, paid, tiped despit everything that had happened cause this was one of my favorite places to go and went home, judt to find out that they had filled my bowl half full and a couple pieces of chicken wvwn though I had paid for extra chicken and when I say there was a couple there was literally a couple, so dissapointed tried to call to say something and guess...
