Taco Bell is Taco Bell. What makes a difference in locations is how the food and your order is handled...how it's put together, how long it takes, and was the order correct.
Our food order was assembled and wrapped correctly vs. the "mess" you sometimes get at some locations. I.e. Food items that look like they were put together and wrapped by uncaring 3rd graders. This location seems to be relatively consistent in getting assembly right.
It took approximately 10ish minutes from when we entered our order at the kiosk to when we received it. That seemed normal or within expectations from our perspective. When we checked our order we were missing 2 items and had one item we didn't order. The staff person we dealt with was good about correcting it. This has happened to us and family members multiple times at this location. This includes dine in orders, orders done on the app for pickup, and drive up window orders. We've learned to always check our order before walking away/walking out.
The location was clean and well lit and the tables and seats were in good condition. Background music was a little loud but not too distracting.
2 things for this location/any Taco Bell location; improve or implement a process to check if the order is correct, and mark what's in the wrapper. With larger groups/orders we've gone to making multiple orders with fewer items. This helps by reducing the unwrapping and disassembling everything when trying to figure out what is what. It alsohelps with checking to make sure you received everything.
If you're craving some Taco Bell, despite a few minor bumps I would recommend...
Read moreI never post reviews, but this reflects very poor management and training. I ordered online about 12:50am for lobby pickup. When I got there at noon the lobby was locked, there was no sign on the door, and the drivethrough was backed up with about 9 cars.
After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I indicated I ordered online and was here for pickup. They said they didn't have any such order and asked me if I had the right address (I did). I then asked them if they had a lobby order, they said they didn't.
I drove back home, printed the order, and drove back. Had to wait in line again in the drive through. They told me to drive up. I hand them the order and they start to give me the old order (now an hour old). I asked her if this order was an hour old.
Instead of answering me, she asked if I want it remade. I rhetorically asked, "We'll, would you want an hour old order?" She sternly looked at me and repeated "Would you like us to remake your order?" I said "Yes, please" and she told me to park out front.
About 10 minutes later, she brings the food out and tells me I should have order it for drive through because they don't have much inventory waste like this. She also stated I should indicate a pickup time because the order came in an hour ago (but yet they couldn't "find" it when I got there the first time). So, no apology, and they try to blame me for the error. Absolutely terrible service and...
Read moreThis has always been a decent Taco Bell - sometimes there’s a long wait and other times, they are out of ingredients, and I can get past that. Tonight was on a whole new level. Snotty brat (Victoria) in the drive thru first informed me they don’t make enchiritos anymore, even though they made me one at that location last week. Like, ok, fine. I can get past it. THEN I ask for a Carmel apple empanada (listed on the sign, under the $1 cravings menu - WITH A PICTURE EVEN) and she tells me they don’t have those anymore either. I tell her “um it’s shown on your menu...” to which she responds, “oh it is? Haha!” So thinking she’s probably just new, I move on. Next, I order a chicken quesadilla, to which she asked which sauce I would like. When I say breakfast salsa, she goes “oh actually, we don’t give out breakfast salsa in the afternoon anymore.” Omg, this chick is officially ruining Taco Bell for me at this point. So I ask her, “you have a bucket of breakfast salsa RIGHT THERE, yet you can’t give it out because it’s past noon??!!” Is there a sauce packet shortage, Taco Bell?? Then she turns around and starts laughing with her buddy. North gate Taco Bell, can I make a suggestion? Let’s trade Victoria in for the Empanadas. At least the empanadas didn’t leave a bad taste...
