It’s disappointing to know that management must be so bad that it makes everyone hate working there. I ordered very quickly, mostly knew what I wanted and only had one question, was answered with a horrible tone and it made me (the customer) feel like a massive inconvenience to them (the people I’m paying to give me my food). At the end of my order at the speaker box I said “Thank you!” and the girl said “My pleasure.” which was the biggest lie I’ve been told all month. Was then told at the window that it would take a second to make the food and asked to wait in a numbered parking spot. Three cars after me in line got their food no problem while myself and another car waited for over five minutes. Pushing cars off the window and into a parking spot just to keep your window timers down is the scammiest business move out there. Either make the food fast enough to have good window times or let me sit there and wait to show your corporate bosses how long it actually takes you to make the food. Plenty of other businesses have figured out how to have amazing customer service, quality products, with speed, AND a loving and healthy work environment for employees so that they actually enjoy their job enough to not view customers as an inconvenience. Ordered the Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger with extra patty and extra cheese. Got a bacon cheese burger with no Guacamole. Jalapeño poppers were old and gross. No dipping sauce either. Waffle fries were hot. I ordered on the app 5+ minutes ahead and was told in the drive-thru to pull to the #1 mobile order spot. I sat there another 10 minutes as maybe 1 car every 3 minutes came through and the parking lot was empty. I called and asked them if I should come in and they said they were very busy and backed up. I looked and the empty parking lot and 1 vehicle in the drive-thru and wondered what they were backed up with. The app is frustrating. It doesn't let you order different sizes of sides. Jalapeño poppers are 6 piece only. Waffle fries are small only and so forth. The staff here is always so awful. Their attitude is like you just walked into their living room with dog poop on your shoes. I usually go to the one on 11th but this one was just closer. I will make the drive from now on. If you don't want customers then you should shut this location down and let a business that actually wants...

Love the food even though it's expensive but very tasty except for the chicken tastes like a hot dog and baloney mixed good service this time of year but it is beyond cold inside the restaurant the thermostat was below 60 degrees and considering we walk and it's a close place to stop and grab dinner before we walk home it's a quick place to warm up before we head HOME I adjusted the temperature the staff member went and lowered the temperature when it was already too cold inside the restaurant by the time we got our food and not even halfway through the food was cold because it's so cold in there I asked another couple that was in the restaurant if it's too cold and they said yes called corporate so hopefully they change the temperature status in there because it is beyond too cold...
