We came here last night knowing that this restaurant has only opened very recently. If you adjust for a little patience as this business finds its footing (a little long on waiting times), you'll be greatly rewarded in terrific service and delicious food. The atmosphere is a little strange, we weren't really sure of the purpose of the giant collection of huge Lego(?) characters near the waiting area, but it didn't detract from the overall visit. The mirrored fixture in the middle of the seating area was so gorgeous, though the artwork on the walls didn't really fit the rest of the vibe. I'm totally being nitpicky, though, because the food and drinks were amazing! I had the lychee martini and the Tom Yum Ramen, and the rest of my family split the most amazing tray of sushi I have ever seen prepared -- pictures attached, though I'm sure my lack of food photography skills are not doing it justice. Definitely will be back with friends/family over the next few years, this place was great!

After reading all the great reviews we went Friday night 10-11-24 only to wait approximately 1/2 hr or more without being acknowledged. There was no hostess or host taking names. Only saw two waitresses. A bus boy seated us, said he'd be back. Waited a half hour before flagging a waitress to take our order for drinks & food. Seemed very unorganized. Kitchen staff seemed to be cranking orders out mostly for take out. Once we received our food, it was great. Must have been an off night for them. Possibly not enough staff scheduled, sick calls, who knows. We saw many people get seated only to walk out the door due to not being serviced. Some realized the situation and placed orders online and left. Three hours for dinner seemed a bit too long, but will be willing to give them a second chance after awhile when they've got the kinks out. Update: Went back after the newness wore off and it seems they have gotten the kinks worked out. Service was much better and no wait.

We had planned this for a couple of weeks and decided to go for lunch we were the first there, when we got our check they had a QR code, and I scanned it, and it has pictures of everything.. super helpful for a newbie at this,we would have ordered an appetizer, but i had no idea what anything was 🤣 lunch got busy, which is wonderful. we ordered ramen bowls, my daughter, the seafood ramen, and me the spicy tonkotsu ramen, which both were wonderful.. so so good!!! Everything was perfect besides our service, which could be better. i guess i am biased as I am a server/bartender But it took forever to get our check, another server got us refills and to pay took so long I stood up and was trying to figure out how to pay since it felt like I was being ignored.. I almost wish we had the server behind us whose table came way after us and left before us and wasn't ignored the whole time... but we will definitely be back for the food.. maybe to go

My wife had been dying to try this place. We've tried to get in once before but was too busy. I called a week ahead to book a table for 2 for Valentines dinner, our 11th anniversary. No problem, 7pm reservation, asked to arive 20 minutes early, did so. The front was packed, basically chaos. We felt fortunate to be seated as I was able to interrupt the server who frantically came up to call names after the first call did not respond. We were seated with no drink or sushi menu, I went and found a drink menu. About 20 minutes later someone came to take our order. We ordered water, 2 cocktails, 4 appetizers, and 2 bowls of ramen. After a while, cocktails showed up and then appetizers trickled out at a convenient pace. Those were all very good. Then my wife's ramen arrived, she loved it! But my ramen, never came... And as we were seated in the corner and they were very busy, couldn't get anyone's attention. By the time someone came around to fill my empty water my wife was halfway done, i asked about the ramen and attempted to order more drinks. They said they would check and then nobody returned until my wife was full, at which point i just asked for a small container for her leftovers and the check. They did bring her 2nd cocktail with the check. I left hungry and we went by burger king, at least my wife got her ramen and enjoyed it. I understand they're a busy place, but that should've been expected on their end. Front doors open all the time so jacket on inside, entryway packed constantly, loud inside. Maybe staff could've been redirected for better service if the doordash was turned off? They just did not have a handle on anything going on. Or maybe I just made a poor choice of expectations for a nice valentine's dinner, i dont know, but this was my experience and it wasn't good on service...

Decor is standout fantastic, and the dining experience is by far the best of Greeley. Food and service were both great. Our first time dining, they were short staffed a cook, bartender, and two servers, but our service was neither rushed nor delayed. A+++ My perfect tonkotsu ramen is santouka in mitsuwa markets... not even in this state, but Bowl Izakaya is still in the top 5 ever. Greeley has never seen ramen like this. Better than Kujira in FoCo. I got regular tonkotsu and my Mexican wife got the spicy version "hot"... it's legit spicy. I even gave her the rest of my broth after finishing my bowl to tame it down a touch. The pork slices were as good as it gets. We also got chicken karaage, gyoza, chicken tender yakitori futatsu, and a Unagi sushi from the sushi bar. Unagi cuts were top-notch, and sauce was correct, recommended. Karaage was delicious with a kewpie based sauce, recommended. Yakitori was surprisingly spicy, with a Japanese tajin dry rub thing going on, properly made over binchotan, recommended. I'm a dumpling slut, so I still recommended them, but they are not the stuck together from the starch handmade ones... but still prepared from frozen very well. Despite no bartender, two of the staff knew how to make drinks, well. My wife got a standard margarita and tried a Midori sour for the first time. Both were great. Even finished with a blackberry lemonade, also great. Many more items and service to try, I will...

We went on a Wednesday night, have not been there before. We love Sushi and looking forward to a new restaurant in Greeley. The introduction was weird, they had one to greet patrons, people were confused. They had a sign to write in your name to be seated..There was a fairly long line but half the customers were waiting for pickup. They did not know what to do. No one was there’s to help them! There was a party of ten before us,they left due to frustration . It took us 15 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to put in our order. After 30 minutes we asked about our drinks. Then after two tables were seated next to us and received their drinks and meals we asked about our food. They finally brought our food and it was excellent. My wife asked me to not write a bad review, but even though they had only been open 3 weeks, they were probably the most disorganized restaurant I’ve been to in several years. I usually always give a place 2-3 times to get their stuff together but this is the worse opening I’ve ever been exposed too. My wife kept saying they were so unstaffed that it was not their fault but I saw so many walk out due to frustration, I think they need...
