This was a really disappointing experience, terrible equipment and not a great employee. We tried one of their hardest escape rooms and figured out the puzzle to lead us to the next clue, but the box wasn't working correctly. We spent maybe 10 minutes guessing other options then tried to use the call button. We tried the call button 5 times, we got no answer. We sent one of our people to find the employee he was nowhere so we were stuck for 25 minutes with the right answer to the puzzle and no answer. Our person was finally able to find the employee and he told us we had gotten the right answer, which was great to know, but by then we only had about 5 minutes left. At the 60 minute mark the employee came in and told us we were done and when we confronted him about the wait time and the box not working correctly he blamed it on the equipment in the other escape room not working correctly so he had to help them... and tried to tell us this was their hardest escape room so we shouldn't feel bad .....we didn't necessarily feel bad about not escaping only felt frustrated your equipment wasn't working correctly and the employee was no where to be found to help us. Whether we escaped or not we would have made it a lot farther if your equipment and your employees...
Read moreI tried reaching out to the owner or manager multiple times before writing this review but have never heard back. Hands down the worst escape room experience I've ever had.
First of all, the room was not set up correctly and the final key and remote for the operator were sitting out on the table. When the girl finally noticed she came in the room and just took random things from us and put things back and away. She didn't ask us to leave the room or anything, so we knew where things were or what was supposed to happen.
Second, it was so dark you couldn't see anything! I don't feel like you should have your cell phone out in an escape room, but we all had to get our flashlights out to be able to read a majority of the to clues and they were still impossible to read!
Third, things in the room didn't even work. We either had to wait for a clue on the screen or the girl came in to the room by opening the door and gave really awkward cues and clues. I thought she would have offered a discount, or an experience in another room, but nothing.
The whole experience was a disaster that I paid a lot of money for, for a birthday celebration gone horribly wrong! I would not recommend this place and especially the wild west room....

We've done over 80 escape rooms and are running out of places to go in NoCo, so I was glad to find these rooms in Greeley. I tried to book a room for 4 people. $30 per person is a fair price, so let's do this.
Fee #1: $24.00 extra to prevent strangers from sharing your room. I haven't seen a shared room since long before Covid.
Fee #2: $29.92 MANDATORY TIP!!! FAQ says this is mandatory because they want to treat their employees right. Then pay them what they are worth! I generally always tip at escape rooms, but you lost me at "mandatory". It's not a tip when required.
Fee #3: $8.64 "test fee" - whatever that is. I guess this is a booking fee.
Fee #4: Sounds like parking has to be bought for 2 hours.
If you rooms were decent, we would have easily done all 3 of them. That's at least $360 you could have had, but never...
