we came here for my birthday. if you call ember arts, a lady will answer the phone with nothing but a snotty “hello”. painting the pottery itself went okay, she told us it could take two weeks for the pottery to be finished. come two weeks i hadnt gotten any phone call so i took it upon myself to call. she told me my pieces were done only for me to show up and only half of my pottery has been fired. it took nearly a month for 3 small pieces of pottery to be fired. i dont recommend ember arts unless you want to wait extra long for the things you paid for and a rude lady...
Read moreIt was good at first, the experience in the shop was decent. However, the owner was BEYOND unprofessional and she lacked proper time management when it came to picking up our pottery. She was rude over the phone and she took 3 weeks to finish our projects rather than the 2 week period she gave us. She also tried to "make up" for the delay by offering a discount "next time" rather than a partial or full refund. 😂 Wouldn't recommend Ember Arts for pottery painting unless you want to deal with an attitude from someone who can't meet her...
Read moreI went into Ember Arts and i was greeted by a very nice lady named Sage ( the owner) . it was a very fun experience to do with my friends and she was very helpful when i had a design i mind and she helped me bring it to light. the place was very clean and well organized and designed. i would definitely love to have my little nieces over to paint some pottery....
