Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greeley

Pizza delivery driver delivered it to the wrong unit didn’t use the call back number and then I called and tried to receive a discount or refund but was told no because I didn’t enter a building number even though the full address is on my pizza profile and is delivered no issue everytime except this time and I had to argue with the employee for the manager because he was denying a refund and then finally the manager steps on the phone after the 4th time Of me asking to finally say she can give me the refund. They were quick to dismiss the customer and assume it was my fault on my end they constantly kept miscommunicating which is why I was told no for my refund at first and the whole time they were super passive aggressive I’m 23 years old birthday was yesterday I’ve never written a review in my life till now the amount of disrespect and lack of help was beyond me I would not give businesses here till some of these people quit or are trained to better handle these types of situations instead of just dismissing the customer immediately acting like they never...

Today is May 24, 2025 - after getting a price of $37.80 from the store just south of this one about 3 miles we decided not to get those two medium pizzas because it was too high. We then called the store and spoke with Wesley, who is an amazing person. In the end, the same thing here was only $24.06. It’s amazing to me that there’s a $13 difference from stores that are only 5 miles apart. So we've been steadily ordering from this dominos since being in Greeley, I have to say it's always been an awesome experience until last night. Our food was undercooked and it just sucked you know. All I did was leave a little comment in the section and forget it. I wasn't about to call the store and cause a big problem for someone I know it wasn't intentional. Now this is the important part! Not a full three minutes later I got a call from the store! Wow ok not only did he offer to remake our whole order but threw in a soda, dessert and a coupon!!! All delivered to us no extra charge!!!
