Have ordered for delivery (3.9 from location) in the past with the usual $10-$20 dollar tip. Placed order tonight 10/14/2023 and was told to call the Center Place location (9 miles from location).Called Center Place. They said I should call The 47th and 10th location since they are 3.9 mile away. I agreed and thought there was a misunderstanding. I called the 47th and 10th location again and asked what there delivery range was. gentleman said he needed to ask the supervisor. No problem. He tells me delivery range is 5 to 10 miles. Perfect, I'm 3.9 miles away. Gave address again, Gentleman puts manager on the phone. Manager stated we do not deliver to your area. Very frustrating. When I was ordering I informed the person at the window that I was wanting to redeem the offer, he told me nothing about it being excluded to certain items. When I went to pay I noticed the sandwich was regular priced and I asked the cashier if he had applied the discount and he said yes. When I looked at the receipt I noticed he did not apply the discount so I went back into the store to ask them about which was when they informed me it was excluded on certain items. I’m upset because if I would’ve known that from when I was ordering I would’ve ordered something different that could have used the discount. Read moreI made a tax-exempt catering order over the phone for my company on the night of 06/13. I picked up my order on 6/14 and did not realize that tax had mistakenly been added until 6/15. When I called to try and correct the situation, I was connected to the manager, Ryan.
Ryan stated he could not provide a tax refund. Understandable that happens, but in that situation my job requires documentation that I at least attempted to receive a refund.
So I asked if someone could assist me by sending a one sentence email that I at least attempted to get a refund. Ryan outright refused. Not only was he incredibly rude and cold, but it was immensely hurtful that I was denied any form of assistance with the situation.
