So sad the money we spend on food and end up with a bad meal and management doesn't even care. Went to Wendy's on 10th street Greeley, CO. Sat night around 10:30. Wanted another place but hubby and I both wanted chili so decided to go to Wendy's. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, a small frosty and a chili. Hubby ordered chili and a sweet tea. The chicken sandwich was cold due to the bun feeling like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were cold and the chili was burnt and so thick it was like eating paste. Called and talked to the manager who said we could come back and get our money back. It was late and hubby had just gotten off work. I told her that we were not driving all the way there again. She said we could talk with the General Manager Cristy and see what she could do. I agreed. She was there but busy so the manager asked if she could call me back the next day. I told her that would be fine. She gave me her name and said General Manager Cristy would call me the next day. Well needless to say it is Thursday morning and we have never heard from anyone. I know she had the phone number because the manager repeated it back to me. They were slow when my husband went to pick up the food and the manager had even said there had only been 3 customers since my husband. Why is it that managers and general managers don't care about the customers anymore. With prices of things being so high it is sad that when we pay for something that it is so bad we have to throw it away. $21.00 wasted. I was doordashing, and had to wait just under 30 minutes to pick up an order. I ended up having to unassign myself from the order because the order was still not ready. It hasn't even been started until about 10 minutes after I arrived.
The restaurant seemed exceptionally understaffed; I mean the cashier was also in charge of expo and deliveries as well. Nobody was rude by any means but nobody was kind either. Very disappointing.
My experience here at Wendy's is becoming reminiscent of my experiences with doordashing an order from Popeyes. (I refuse all Popeyes orders, now, because of how awful my experiences have been at those restaurants.)
It would truly be incredibly disappointing to see Wendy's take on such a dissatisfying and unnerving style of service. I hope the way the restaurant was conducted today doesn't become the normal style of operations.

Both sandwiches were squashed and cold. The pub burger had way too much sauce oozing out one side and none on the other and the bacon was burnt, crumbles rather than the advertised strips. The JBCB was missing the lettuce, had only one small slice of the butt of a tomato, and more of the same inedibly burnt bacon crumbs. I didnt even eat the second sandwich as it was so poorly made. Even the fries were aweful: container barely filled, fries limp and luke warm, with, again, burnt small ends interspersed.
To top it off, I had to wait ten minutes at the window with no one ahead of me. In all that time, and they still couldn't put together a decent sandwich.
I can't say I ever been impressed with this location, but this was a new level of poor quality. I will not return to...
