Boba Bae — Restaurant in Green Bay

Went here to have a place to sit and chat over some boba and a pastry with my friend. Unfortunately after I barely started drinking my boba our lovely Saturday was interrupted by extremely loud very Pentecostal Christian worship music being played. This wasn’t just a quiet acoustic coffee house playlist with some general nods towards Jesus, this was music that included multiple song breaks with prayers asking Jesus to come into every person that could hear the song and other similar disrespectful things to people of other religions. Completely inappropriate for a public place and especially because they don’t have any indication this was a Christian place. I personally was abused in church often to very similar music and so I just don’t go to places who advertise themselves as a Christian business for my own mental health. This establishment took that choice away from me by playing this incredibly inappropriate music. We had to leave. Today, I placed an order at Boba Bae through their online system at 11:09 AM, and the estimated pickup time provided was between 11:20 AM and 11:30 AM. However, about 10 minutes later, they updated the pickup time to 11:50 AM - 11:55 AM, which was inconvenient as it required over 45 minutes for preparation, far longer than I had initially expected.

Due to time constraints, I wanted to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues: the phone number provided by Boba Bae was not operational, as I couldn’t get through or leave a voicemail. It appeared that the number might be registered with iCloud because when I sent a message, it appeared as a blue text (indicating an iMessage), but I received no response.

This experience was frustrating, and I was left without any viable means to contact them directly to resolve the issue. It was disappointing to have my schedule disrupted and not be able to cancel the order due to the communication issues...

They're fast, Always pleasant to talk to anyone, If you're blind they will read it out for you and give you recommendations, They're such sweetheart I love them so much ❤️😭 all the workers I have met there always felt so welcoming. Service it's amazing. And about the food, AAAA, AMAZING!!! I ate this cookie "S'mores" And it was so delicious, There are plenty of treats and foods, there and they're all just so amazing, Donuts....
