Done with this burger king. An older lady works the drive-through during the week at lunch and your order will always be messed up. I have always given her grace because fast food employees always deal with rude customers so when things are missing or not right I’m just like whatever. But today when I went, I got in the drive-through the car in front of me sat at the order box for at least five minutes until they drove forward. Not sure if they drove off or if someone did eventually take their order, but then I get to the order box and sat there for a couple minutes nobody said anything so I finally said hello still nothing, then an employee comes out and start smoking a cigarette. I again said hello at least three or four times no doubt the employee outside heard me she never once went in to tell them that now there’s a line of cars waiting. So I drive forward stop at the window and I try to make eye contact with the older lady working the drive-through. I finally after a couple of minutes had to start waving my arm to get her attention. She comes to the window I order my food it took me three times ordering it for her to get the order correct she then said I’ll go have them make your food. I wait for another five minutes so we’re talking 20 minutes in the drive-through at this point. She comes back to the window, hands me my food, and says, treat people the way that you wanna be treated and shuts the window. No ma’am if you think that you’re going to lecture me and be incredibly rude after I never once complained when you have given me wrong food the past four times...
Read moreI went through the drive through for an iced coffee, a frozen blue raspberry fanta and a small fry. I ordered at the sign and noticed they entered vanilla shake instead of vanilla iced coffee, said something and it got fixed; no big deal. Pulled around to wait for my order and pay and was parked behind a woman that was waiting at the window for her order. She paid, got her soda and was waiting. It took 2 minutes for them to come back to the window to even address her, so she honked to get their attention. They said something to her and walked away from the window, but I assume it wasn't an answer that was liked because she ended up throwing her soda at the window and driving off. I pulled up, paid, and waited... for TEN MINUTES for my two drinks (which are both PREMADE) and a small fry that should have been waiting in the fry warmer. The lack of ambition and hustle from the gentleman that was working at the window was less than stellar; he couldn't even find a sauce that I was requesting for my fries in the box in front of him. The manager (I assume) that was working just seemed like she hated her job, throwing her arms around and yelling about stuff that wasn't going well; if you want change, you have to foster change and clearly that wasn't happening here. I'd hate to see their drive thru times considering I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes for two drinks and a small fry... Read moreI went to the drive thru to order for a family of 6, so it was a pretty long order. Everytime I order an item, the girl taking my order kept asking, "is that it? Is that it?" She said it with a sassy attitude, too. You can tell right off the bat that she's one of those workers that hates customers, but only want to show up at her job and do nothing for a paycheck. She gave me my total and told me to pull up to the second window. Snatched my card and didn't even give me a receipt. Waited 15 mins and while waiting, I see a bunch of angry, mean mugging teenage girls. (Oh lord) Gave me my food so rudely and said "here", then slammed her window. Right there and then I already knew my order was messed up, but the line was so long behind me it wasn't worth getting my order fixed. Got home and checked my food, we got 2 extra burgers and mozzarella sticks, which was never even mentioned in the order. Lol Therefore I'm not upset at all, but the lack of professionalism and respect really gives of a terrible vibe. According to the other reviews here, seems like the manager doesn't provide proper training to their workers, nor do they teach their workers to value...
