If I could give zero stars I would! We ordered in drive thru. (Also note we were the only people there so they werent busy) Get home and food is missing. So I call and tell jasmine the manager what was missing and that the the beefy nachos basically disintegrated the box and were just all over the bag (its a 3 min ride to my house from there) and my quesadilla wasn't cut at all. Tell her I live close and on my way for replacements. (Most would think they would start the order, or at least mention that I'm coming for said items) when I arrive. There are 3 sets of couples waiting for food. I let first manager know I had just called ect. Another employee walks up, I'm assuming she's jasmine. I ask her if she is, and she literally says nothing and walks away. Then steps in jasmine, I try to explain the issues with more food, and she kinda blows me off and doesn't fully listen before walking away. So I patiently wait 15mins, 1!!!!! Order finally goes out. Also theres no cars going through drive through. And there are at least SIX people working!!! After that I hear them discuss how they lost more burritos and need to make them again. Now they finally finish a second order that maybe had 3 items in it. And before they bagged it, I witnessed one employee break open one of the items, because they were unsure what is was. By now it's been over 20 mins! And there are still a couple before me waiting. Now just to add icing. One manager is going over something with an employee, during this, and literally asks (is PM at night). Anyways at about 25m and the other couple still no food or myself. I ask for a refund, Jasmine hears me and says, your order should be done soon. I said I wasn't waiting anymore. I did receive a refund for the items that were suppose to be replaced. But that is it, not even an appology. So I basically paid to have a warm soda and soggy taco after driving and standing around forever. Never again. We had to ask them to fix it and the guy said they were out of chips and cheese. Okay, I ask for a cheesy fiesta potatoes instead because they were an option in my combo box with no extra charge. Guy insists he can't give me them because they're an upcharge. We literally try to show him that there's no upcharge for them in the app. He doesn't even look and just said "I didn't make the app and those are an upcharge, you can only get cinnamon twists". Literally ignoring us showing him proof of it not being an upcharge. The entire time he is saying he can't hear us because I'm wearing a mask (I wasn't even). Like man, there's no need to swear at a customer for asking for what they paid for. We weren't being unreasonable or rude. You tried to give me my food without part of the order and only offered anything else because I checked my bag and noticed it was missing. Otherwise you're just stealing money from people hoping they don't notice their food is missing. We were not even rude or anything, just nicely asked for the alternative option. Ended up leaving with just the nacho cheese and no chips or fiesta potatoes because we felt the employee was getting aggressive and threatening by swearing at us for absolutely no reason. First bad experience was with a mobile order a couple months ago. We ordered on the morning (10:30ish) intending to pick up for lunch. They made it right away, assuming we were close by and picking it up right away. When we drove up, the order came out way too fast so I had my wife check it. Nacho fries were cold and soggy, drinks were watered down so I pulled back around and asked them to remake it. They told me they make mobile orders when they come in as opposed to when people pull up and say their name like the app says. In what world is it ok to hand someone an order that has been sitting for almost 2 hours?
Second was today. Ordered in the app again. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one answered. Finally had to call them and ask if they were open, tell them I'd been sitting there for 10 mins after they said they were.
On top of everything, their hours are extremely inconsistent/not what the app says they are. I get that the pandemic has caused shortages, but the people working here are subpar and prob will spit...
