I got sandwiches tonight about 50 minutes ago.
This location does not meet up to the customer service standards that I would expect from Subway. The food is not made with any care or typical Subway standards. Avacado is squirted on your sandwich from a tube and then not spread in anyway. The foot long was cut nowhere near half and when we asked for specific veggies to be put on one side, they were only put on like 20% of the side we asked for them on. I can even keep on going. I won't even go into how my food tasted like dish/cleaning soap because that lets me know that they are at least cleaning thing, and at this point I don't want to push them away from even doing that.
I could not find one reason why I would ever come back to this location. The food was haphazardly prepared and the staff member wanted to be anyplace in the world besides there.
I don't need staff to bow down to me when I enter but maybe to have a simple smile for at least one second of the entire time that we are there or to welcome us when we walk in the door. I would expect for them to put together a sandwich that my family is actually eating for dinner tonight with some type of respect. They should treat each sandwich as if they were going to actually eat it themselves.
I strongly believe that if that staff member purchased something from me, and I handled it in the same way he made my food tonight, that he would be saying the exact same thing that I am, and I would expect him too.

I went inside to see what was up with it and there's a sign on the counter saying Subway doesn't reimburse them for the costs of the coupons so they won't take them anymore. That's just pure greed. Franchise owner isn't making enough money, huh? No one goes to Subway for a 10-15 dollar sub, they just aren't high quality enough for that. If I go to Subway it's for a good deal on an "okay" sub.
