Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Green Bay

I ordered 2 subs. Turkey and double steak. Opened my turkey saw ham on it! Nope wrong sandwich! Called and they was going to refund me my turkey. Then I opened up my steak...well there was no tomatoes or the jalapeños that I added. Called again but the girl I spoke to ask for the order number gave it to her a few times but she kept insisting that wasn't the order number. Told her I just called and complained about my other sandwich and that's the same order number I gave to the other gentlemen. But still insisted it was the wrong number! I got rude and cussed her out because I'm not dumb by far! Drove back and insisted I get my correct order! Now they tell me they want they sandwiches back! I asked why didn't they tell me on the phone to bring the sandwich back? She said I'm only telling you what I was told. Obviously she wasn't a Manager who I asked for! I threw half the turkey away and he bit the steak but they want it back! That's fine but I'm not driving back and forth. You guys should be paying for my gas! Cousins can keep my $36! Another update It altars I was in a rush and stopped here again n what I didn't realize is I have a receipt on here for the same order I just ordered. Besides having to wait 3-4 minutes after "receiving my food" in the drive thru and then asking where my chips are to a dumbfounded look on the employees face. Again PRICELESS!!!! Cousin's has again raised their prices to cost more the Jimmy John's. $13 for a sub, chips and a drink is EXCESSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update 11/30/22 I tried Cousins again. I ordered an Italian special with chips and a drink (I was told I save 49 cents with a combo). I ordered my sub plain with lettuce and then summarized with only meat, cheese and lettuce. That must have been too difficult again. Can you tell which soft drink is $1.69 and which is $2.29?

First time at the East Mason Cousins. I ordered my Italian special with no oil or tomato, which actually came out correct, eventhough the ticket doesn't address that (maybe they write down all the things that go on it now). I ordered chips and a drink. I ordered a diet Coke (receipt is correct). I was given a Dr. Pepper. I hate Dr. Pepper! Thanks for taking my money...

Edited to add: we already had reached out to cousins subs via the way their response asked us to over 1 month ago. husband was corresponding with a Jasmine. He followed up twice when he never received a response after giving them the information they requested. We then made this post.

My son was super pumped for his sub since he earned a free one through the library reading program. We ordered 2 subs and brought home to eat. Once eating my son found 3 separate reddish hairs in his sub and was immediately grossed out and obviously couldn’t eat it.
