Wingstop — Restaurant in Green Bay

Updated Review: I only returned because my mom wanted Wings and they were the closet. I am truly glad I gave this store another chance. Different management was on duty including one of the corporate managers and my experience was night and day. Natalee, who took my order was VERY knowledgeable, made sure I knew what options were available and offered friendly yet professional customer service.

My order was made fresh and didn’t take as long as my first visit. I was happy with the quality of the service food and facility. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable. My only exception with this visit is the price. But everything has gone up way too much these days so I won’t hold it against them.

Dave, the Asst. GM was leading the shift and the staff appeared to be supported and working like a great team. Dave, from corporate was on site working right along side the team. Truly awesome to see.

I really hate giving bad reviews. But unfortunately this experience calls for it. Staff is not trained well. The customer service delivered from the manager was horrible. I purchased a 30pc classic meal had no problem with paying the additional for the all flats which was an additional $6 charge. I asked for 3 additional ranch and was charged another $4.50. When a customer comes in and doesn’t mind spending the extra the first response from management should have been “don’t worry about the 3 ranch” but he was so busy trying to nickel and dime me that he missed out on future business. Compared to the other Wingstop in the area the atmosphere here is amazing with decorative signs for each flavor around the restaurant. The service was beyond what I expected for a fast food place. In the 30 minutes me and my girlfriend sat here eating a employee came out twice to clear garbage and ask if we're doing fine. The food was great for a 2 person combo they offered myself and my girlfriend got 8 wings, 3 tenders, 2 sauces and a very large portion of fries for only $23 Everything was correct and quick to come out. I was actually impressed, compared to other Wingstop’s i’ve been too, this has to be the biggest one and the one that has left me impressed. The food quality is great and the wait is not bad at all. The vibe in the restaurant is so nice, they have all the flavors on the wall so it’s easy to see. The music is not too loud so when they call your name you can hear it. There is employees cleaning and making sure there is not trash on the tables and floors. I was here for around 30 minutes and during those 30 minutes i got asked twice if i was doing okay and even offered to pick up my trash. I definitely recommend and encourage people to come.
