Promised a $400 rebate but it was only $200. Charged for new washer hoses but they didn’t change out my old ones until I had to call them back out because one was leaking. They’re switched the leaking hose but left the other one in the bag “in case I need it.” They switched out the new dryer cord and put my old melted cord back on, which could have caused a fire. I noticed it, thankfully, as they completely overlooked it. I had to call them back out to change back to the new cord. At first he said “Your old cord must be gone or they wouldn’t have used it.” I sent a picture of the melted cord and he immediately agreed it was unsafe and shouldn’t have been left that way. The refrigerator install has one leg still not even touching the floor and it’s crooked. They forgot to bring the refrigerator the first time and had to come back a week later. They couldn’t take the old washer out for a week because they “didn’t expect it to be so heavy,” so they had to bring a stronger team the following week. Washer had issues with the spin cycle, dryer had issues drying. They had to come out 4 times to get things working correctly. The dishwasher has a small scratch from installation which will likely rust early. Purchased 4 appliances and had an issue with every single one of them. Installs were a nightmare.    Read moreI bought Ariens Platium 30 SHO last year from Mathus Green Bay. It was delivered to my home and I wasn't there; as planed. The next morning, I started the snow blower according to the manual instructions. It started right away and it shutdown after about 1 minutes running time. I spent about 45 minutes trying to see what was the problems. I put more gas in and it started again !. Mathus should have filled gas in at least 10 minutes running time or advised customer of their saving gas. I used the snow blower many times last year and the Discharge Chute turning without much control on each left-right directions. I finally checked it and one of the screw which hold the Discharge Chute was not there. I went back to Mathus and got a new one without charges. As last week, the snow blower kept shutting down even with full gas. I called Mathus and told the lady who answered the phone that my machine is still under warranty and wanted to bring it in for repair. She told me that it will take 2-3 weeks to have it fixed because there are over 100 unit to be fixed . I will prefer buying from a dealer that can have my snow blower fixing much sooner than 2-3 weeks; especially when the machine is still under warranty and...

I'm editing my review since we had another great experience with Mathus. We were in the market for a new refrigerator and microwave oven. After getting such great service from Chris, we thought we'd give Mathus a try. Boy, are we glad we did. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision. When it came time for delivery and installation, they were hard-working and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. There were some rebates involved, and we were given the heads up that they could be a little difficult to submit, so to just give them a call if we had a problem.
