Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Green Bay

It may not be the worst restaurant in the world, but it's definitely the worst Noodles.

We've had our orders messed up on the only 4 separate occasions over the course of 3 years we've gone there - twice for takeout and twice eating there. One of the times, we were given 4 free bowl tickets (these are"legendary," according to a worker who recently took our order) by the manager working that night.

During our most recent visit, we were informed by Mr. Legendary that we can only use one free bowl per order, so our $6 date night (I wanted the pot stickers too!) ended up costing us $20 with beverages (apparently soda machine water costs money too). Then they got my order wrong. The buffalo sounds like pulled pork to some folks, I guess. I'd say I was surprised, but I wasn't. All my wife and I could do was laugh.

I'll spare you the other 3 stories, but just know if you have dietary restrictions like eating gluten free or concerned about what your food actually contains (allergens, or no spice for the little ones) don't bother going here, ever.

I'll never go back again. Sloppy. Over-priced. And finally: Buffalo Mac? Putting Frank's hot sauce on parmesan crusted chicken breast is...

I've been coming to this restaurant for some time and every time is actually amazing food, any mistakes that I made a quickly fix and I would never write them against any mistakes because of their attitude for correction. I actually prefer this particular location to any of the others I've tried as their customer service is beyond amazing, their food taste great, they are great with kids and personally as a diabetic love their options for sugar free drinks, most restaurants don't have many options, and that this place has many, so I go here more often. One particular time I ordered a food that I was not aware of would be quite as spicy , and they took it upon themselves to provide me with an extra dish of noodles to mix with it to cut the spice. I was willing to pay as it was my mistake for not realizing or asking and yet they fixed themselves. I was so impressed, i will give them business many years...

I went twice in one day, and was not pleased. The first time I ordered, I ordered pad thai. It does not come with meat. I was asked. I said no. I open up my food at home ready to eat and it was loaded with chicken. So I passed it on to my husband. He later let me know he would like another one. So I give them a second try. I ordered pad thai again. One with meat and one without. Cashier was not listening. And the people in the back were throwing condiments from back to front while i watched it fall on the floor and picked back up and put in a customers bag.. and hollering at each other to the point where I couldn't hear the cashier. I then waited in the parking lot for my food. Got it. Went home,And when I got home they forgot a whole order. Very disappointed. Especially for my first time trying this place. Will not be...
