I am/was a long-time (15+ years), loyal customer of Qdoba. For years, the East Side of Green Bay Qdoba was simply unbeatable. They always had friendly service, heaping portions, a high quality of food, and impeccable order execution (never got anything wrong). Then, last year in 2024, I placed a pickup order for National Burrito Day. I placed the order in the morning to pick-up at 5:30pm after my work shift. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was disappointed to see that my order was not there, and that it would be at least an hour wait before I received my food. I didn't understand how placing an order 8 hours in advance could be over an hour late, National Burrito Day or not. At any rate, I for the first time, had a bad taste in my mouth for this Qdoba. I complained and was given 2 free Entres. Thanks! I appreciated the gesture and continued to frequent this establishment.
However, upon a recent visit to the Green Bay East Side restaurant, I was aghast to discover that they had doused my bowl with the hottest, habanero salsa when I had clearly asked for it on the side. This was unacceptable, as it made the food uneatable. I called the restaurant and received basically something unintelligible over the phone about bringing the order back. Screw that, I didn't have the time or energy to drive back. I decided to take my complaint to the top, and submit a complaint through the app. I NEVER received a response to this day, and this was well over 3 months ago.
As time when on, I continued to get Qdoba at the West Side of Green Bay store. They aren't great but mostly got things right. Well, just a few days ago, I was told that I had a free entre expiring in the app. I decided to use it and was near the East Side restaurant, so I placed my order there. When I got the order home, it was doused in habanero and verde salsa, again rendering it way too spicy to eat! I ask for these salsas on the side to dip chips in in a controlled manner. The order slip that the employees should have been able to read, clearly stated that these salsas were to be put in cups, on the side. I was furious that this same restaurant made this mistake again. I called them and tried to explain the issue, but the manager/owner did not comprehend English that well. He told me again to bring in the bowl and he will give me a new one. I drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get a replacement. Once there, it literally took me like 3 minutes to explain what the issue was, AGAIN! They didn't quite understand. Eventually, they handed me a bag of chips and the 2 salsas I wanted on the side. I couldn't believe what was happening! I had to reiterate that I wanted a new bowl made because they ruined the first one with the salsa on it. They FINALLY figured out the issue and then made me a new bowl. Defeated, I took the new bowl home and sat down to eat it. Upon eating the food, I realized that they left out the guac and meat entirely!! I just had to laugh at that point. They essentially chased me out of the store with a bowl full of cheap ingredients because they couldn't be bothered with the issue.
I feel bad honestly. I assume ownership at this location changed at some point and the quality and service went down with it. I will continue to avoid this Qdoba like the plague and would advise others to as well. I am actually hard-pressed to give any Qdoba my business after the way I have been treated there recently, especially after being a loyal customer of...

Restaurant AND restroom were clean, tidy, smelled fine, well lit parking lot, over all pleasant environment.
As someone who drives for a living, I know this place is my new little nook in green bay that I can relax and have a meal and decompress while eating inside. Usually I eat in my car. This Qdoba is an extension of my dining room table. Great work staff! Ill be back in a few days!
Ps. My husband also chose to cater his company's lunch from thus location yesterday as well. Every one at his job enjoyed their food aswell
We both enjoy this qudoba over their competitor who is very near. Competitor who is very near has rice that is crunchy at times, plastic has been found in my food mutipule times, and never fails that there is avocado skin in the guacamole mix. (This last paragraph is the near by competitor- I will not return to the competitors location that is near by)

Read moreThe night time manager is very rude I ordered food there a few weeks ago and they didn’t have any rice as a matter fact they barely had anything that I wanted to order but I didn’t want to drive all the way over to the other Qdoba on Oneida. Every time I go in there she’s always rude and snotty to me. She’s very argumentative and disrespectful even to the employees she treats them bad. I think her name is Shyanne. I’ve had times where she would hand me my money back and throw it on the counter. And if I’m ordering food she would just be very rude and have a rude attitude with me if I would ask for a little bit more meat she would have an attitude and say she would have to charge me more money when she would barely put any meat on my food anyways. This place is going downhill and her as a manager makes it even worse. Rude service...
