Panera Bread — Restaurant in Green Bay

This location is cleaner and more open than the one across town. The staff is pleasant, from what I could tell with the little interaction we had with them. When you walk in, you're greeted with some kiosks for self-ordering. This is nice, if you don't have any questions and/or don't want to talk with anyone. It's a little strange that the kiosk asks for a tip in this case, though. You take your own order, deliver your own food, and bus your own table, so there really isn't any service to tip on more than the deli at a grocery store.

That said, the place is clean, the food is decent, though they could use a few more vegan options, and the staff are polite.

The lemonade and other drinks they have are worth getting, and the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich is pretty good. I got mine without feta, my wife got hers with, and we both enjoyed them. My daughter likes their mac and cheese, which uses big noodles and is a big step up from the Kraft Mac and cheese a few area restaurants serve. A few months ago I showed up five minutes early today to get an order. The girl with the hoop in her nose told me they won't make it for another twenty minutes. She was very snotty about it. It was soup and a baguette only. Why not make it right away since you were just standing there doing nothing for five minutes. Out of all the Panera breads I've visited, never had this problem.

Today I show up, they push all pick up and delivery orders last. I watched seven other people order food and get their food before I receive my order that was placed ten minutes before everybody else's. I could see them skipping. Why would you skip to simple cold sandwiches? I'm done going to this location. Time is money and you wasted my time.

Update: Went to this location twice in a week. Customer service is amazing and my order is done before I get there. Everything is great when the lady with the hoop in her nose isn't working.

Update: this location is drastically improving. The employee with the nose ring is more pleasant....

This location is clean and the food is always fresh. My complaint is that drive through can be slow at times. One time specifically I was waiting in drive through and the employee completely forgot about me. I have just ordered a single Margarita Pizza was waiting for almost 15 minutes. Inside the store the Kiosk are nice but they're pretty close together so if they're all full it's pretty cozy. I would also suggest moving it further away from the door keep the traffic moving.

One thing that doesn't make any sense is they stopped using Cherry tomatoes on the Margarita Pizza they're putting full sliced sandwich tomatoes on it. Yuk it was horrible why would anyone do that?
