Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Green Bay

In the past 2 months, I have had some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had related to this one location.

The first time, I ordered online and was quoted 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour a half had passed, I called. After waiting on hold for 15 more minutes, I finally was able to talk to the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. She told me that there was no way they would have my order fulfulled within another hour and a half. They she went on to tell me that the incorrect quote time on my order was my own fault for not calling them directly to get a quote. The management (this terrible woman) refused to help and told me that I was now wasting her time by calling and that it was just too bad for me. I demanded a number for a corporate line, which she refused. I demanded a contact number for someone, which she refused. Finally, I gave up (after being on the phone for 1/2 an hour with them trying to get an update on my order). 2 hours and no food.

Tonight, I decided to try again. I ordered online and was quoted 45 minutes. Figured I would call for a quote time, as that is what that terrible woman told me I should have done last time. After being on hold for 5 minutes, a girl came on and I asked how long my food would take. She quoted me 3 HOURS. It was midnight when I ordered and I know they close at 1 am. So I called her bluff and didn’t cancel my order like she suggested I should do. Within 45 minutes, my food arrived.

This store has some of the worst service and just downright rude employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I love the ease of ordering via app and the ability to customize anything I order with little cost effect. This evening I ended up forgetting to check the well done (oh it's well done too 😕) box on my free 2 topping emergency medium Philly steak and light onion pizza with additional pineapple, gp, bo, and tom sauce it only rang up to $4.50! ONLY $4.50 for my emergency dinner tonight! And I didn't deserve the free pizza, they just said, "Here ya go beautiful, have an emergency pizza, on us, bc we know you forgot to eat dinner tonight and we look out for our loyal customers just like they look out for us" They love me 😁 And for that, the delivery driver gets a matching tip on the app as well as a cash tip upon their fast delivery. What a way to make a girl feel special on a Tuesday night, and we haven't even been properly introduced ☺️

Sadly tho, my pizza is to well done for my liking 🥺 however, I'm hungry so it's still a 5 ⭐ till I decide...

Placed an order at 7:09pm on a Tuesday to be delivered to a hospital as a thank you to some nurses. The estimated delivery time was between and hour and an hour and twenty minutes, which seemed long for a smallish order on a week night, but okay.

I got a phone call from the driver at 8:54pm telling me the order was at the hospital but that security said they wouldn't bring it upstairs. I explained to the driver that I wasn't there and the directions the staff had given me. The driver was kind enough to go back in and clear this up with security to make sure it got to the right people. Before we hung up, I did ask him what had taken so long. He apologized and said the store has been very short staffed.
