My friend and I were in the same car together. We pulled up to the drive-thru and she ordered her meal and used a code for a free fry and she saw it was confirmed on the app that the code was used. I had a separate mobile order and she told the girl on the speaker and everything was fine. We pull up to the first window, she asked if we had the two orders, we said yes, my friend paid, she gave us both our receipts. Once we get to the second window, my friend gets handed a bag with only a burger in it. She then told them she had ordered a fry. The employee went and got the manager that was working at the time, it was a little past 7pm last night, and the manager aggressively told my friend we had to either pull around again or go into the lobby because they couldn’t enter in a food item there. It was weird that the coupon was confirmed on the app but it never showed up on her receipt. Then my friend said well we have another order and handed the employee my receipt. Then the manager came over again and ripped it out of the employees hand and was aggressively asking what we needed and if we needed that order, and of course we said yes. Then the manager clearly got confused and just got my friend her medium fry. While I still had not received my order. So we continued to sit there and the manager, again was talking very aggressive, almost yelling at us for what else we needed. And my friend pointed to my receipt, in the managers hand, saying we need this order. Then the manager finally, after aggressively yelling at us 3 different times understood I that needed my entire order and she just said “pull up to number one you are gonna have to wait” so we pulled up and not even 30 seconds later my food comes out, but then she didn’t bring my freaking large coke! I couldn’t say anything because she handed it to us and left immediately without saying anything. So I had to go into the lobby and ask for it. We left feeling DISGUSTED and SPEECHLESS by how we were treated. We simply just had two orders for one car, I do that all the time at other McDonald’s and it’s never an issue. Read moreI just wanna start out by saying ew. I’ve been to a lot of different McDonald’s locations, and this one by far has been the worst. I came to get lunch with my sister and my 2 year old niece and it was questionable from the start, we walk in and it’s a little busy per the usual and there’s a line of a bout 4 different families and there’s not a single person at the counter. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and yeah it’s busy and everyone’s trying to get everything straight and correct but leaving a million people at the counter waiting isn’t going to help that any. anyways, someone finally came to the counter and she looked exhausted and she was pretty young. Kudos to her for dying down the entire line BY HERSELF while she’s getting other things done. we ordered and sat down and my sister asked nicely for it to be brought to our table (saying please and thank you) after a while it still wasn’t brought so I walked up and it was sitting on a tray on the front counter for god knows how long with a million other bags. I noticed that they were missing some of the items on our tray or somebody took them cause they weren’t paying attention. I didn’t wanna cause a fuss so I just asked for the couple things that were missing and showed them my receipt and the guy snatched it from me and walked away. Again, didn’t wanna cause a fuss so I waited and waited and they brought it back eventually and it was handed to me without a word being said. I went back to the table and we enjoyed what we could. That’s not the end though, my niece was playing with her Minecraft toy she got and dropped it on the floor so I went to grab it and there was ANTS under the seat eating god knows what spill was there. That’s when I lost it. Read moreFairly decent although there is an older lady that works the drive thru who sadly constantly gets orders wrong. Your having to constantly repeat your self, I ordered 3 breakfast a couple days ago and she completely read my order back right. I paid with credit card not realizing that once I got to the second window and received my order not only did she read my order exactly the way it was placed but aperntly she didn't even place the other 2 orders of hot cakes and the cash register so the people on the front line making the food could see it do they're job, so I received 1 order having to go back through the drive through place my order for the other 2 orders. Rather than go to the window you make payment I went to the second window explaining the situation the manager was so nice that not only did I receive the order but it was covered by McDonald's for the confusion and the inconveniences. So nevertheless id say this location other than that situation the lady who's the manager that took care of me that day I give you a 11 out of 10😊😊😊 Thank you.
