The BEST baristas!!!! I ordered the maple bourbon latte today. Once before I ordered it and the same young man barista told me if I wanted it sweeter to add white mocha. Well don’t you know I forgot to do that this morning. Same barista, handing out drinks out said the same thing. I said I remembered him telling me that last time but I forgot. Every single time I come here I order the same exact thing and every time it’s never made the same. Super inconsistent. Just stopped in to get a coffee for my birthday (which they changed the smiles policy today… on my birthday) so then I wasn’t able to even get my free drink. Ordered a peanut butter crunch blender, paid for it anyways and it is the most bitter one I have ever had and has ZERO peanut butter flavor.

Went for a coffee after the gym and was met with an impatient front line crew member. Was having difficulty hearing and I did not appreciate their attitude when I asked them to give me some time or repeat things. There was no one behind me in the drive thru. Coffee was as bitter as the worker who took my order. Having a similar price tag to what I’d order at Starbucks or Caribou - I will not be returning to a Scooters from here on out. I don’t get the hype when this is their service....
