I thought I would go to them since go to Mr. Assantes all the time and this place is little thinking they have good food too. They didn't have much of a selection at all and no speciality slices. Just plain or the normal toppings, not even chicken. Anyways so I order a sub instead. The guy sneezes and I noticed no one is wearing hands in the place. I am hoping he didnt put his hands to his nose when he sneezed. Almost made me sick right there. Got my sub and it was looking pretty good when he wanted to charge me extra (which was not posted) on a 13 dollar sub. I told him i wouldnt have a problem with that if he posted it which he responded with, i have to pay a dollar to run your card so i charge an extra dollar for tip on cc transactions with no minimum. Told him he cant charge and not have something posted, where he said i can do whatever i want, which then of course i said im not coming back to this place, he took my sub, said he was gonna eat it for lunch. I said f* you (not gonna lie) but for him to start yelling at me and cursing with other customers in the store was uncalled for. I dont work there, he does. So I walked out before he started with me more. Long Story Short: They have a hidden credit card fee The guy is rude there, woman that took my order is nice Doesnt wear gloves and has no problem cursing with customers in the store

GO TO MR. ASSANTES just up the road!!! Been in business now 40 years i think and get the tomato chicken...

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. We ordered food and when the order was picked up it was incorrect. The person that attended us was rude and insisted that we didn't know how to place and order. She said bluntly that "I don't care if you come back here or not and I don't want to do business with you if you don't know how to place and order." Thinking that perhaps this was an employee, we left the store and I decided to call and speak to the owner to complain about the unprofessional employee. To my surprise the person who I thought was the unprofessional employee was actually the owner!!! She actually straight out told me that she didn't care if we did business with her and that she doesn't call the owner of our company to complain that WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER!! In an effort to resolve the issue I explained to her that mistakes can happen however the manner in the way we resolve this issues need to be kind and courteous in order to receive a positive outcome. She insisted on defending her behavior and offered no apologies for her rudeness. It is apparent that the owners need to go to ANGER MANAGEMENT THERAPY and need to take some courses in customer service and learn soft skills.

I will never place an order with them again and would never recommend them to anyone. I would rather drive 5 miles further and pay more...

Broken-hearted & disappointed! After almost a decade of ordering from this husband & wife establishment, we will no longer patronize them. I cannot imagine, and I’m still shocked, that the owner would be so rude to my sister in law who was visiting out of state. She inquired about coupons for a big order & he told her she could go elsewhere & hung up in her ear. That’s when I called from my own phone to which he told me off, accused me of prank calling & would no longer accept calls from my number; then hung up! We were dumbfounded by it all. All I wanted to do is treat my big brother to an Italian cheesecake, that he can only get when he visits Jersey. Every time he comes, I treat them to it. My youngest child who is 12, was a toddler when we moved here & called the place “Seppi’s house.” Today all of that is done! My oldest son called to let them know of their disrespect, how we’d been almost a decade long customers. We literally live around the corner. He didn’t care, he stuck to his ignorance and hung right up. So no, I don’t recommend them and will NEVER patronize him again. They lost out on a $200 order, they lost out on faithful customers. I’d rather throw money in the garbage, than ever go again! Thanks a lot. When a person shows you who they are; believe them! You seriously need some therapy and to get that gate out...
