Let's start by saying I love me some jersey mikes.every weekend that I work here at mercy west hospital I come here, they always make my sandwiches just how I like them. Well today 7-25-2018 I told 7 of my co-workers lunch was on me , I said what would you guys like to have, they what do you subject Cheryl I said jersey mikes they're the best. So everyone agree with me.well today I didn't appreciate the way I was treated here in cheivot. I called in my order 1hour and 10 Min early, I told them I should b e there between 12noon and 12:15pm,I got there on time. No one was in line just me and I was on my lunch break to come and pick up my food, it only take 5min to get here. I told them who I was I am here to pick up my order. Ok your total is$94.20 cents I said the prices went up? Ist they charged me too much,2nd they made me 11 sandwiches instead of 8 that I ordered 3rd it was 30.00 dollars too much 4th they kept on saying my total was right 5th the lady called the manager told him what had happened he couldn't get it right either 6th by then its 12:35pm they had 7 people in line behind me they sandwiches was made , but the workers was still on the register and telephone holding up everyone the manager or who ever it was on the phone didn't want to give the correct amount back. I told the lady you guys need to take care of the 7 customers before they get attitudes .7th it now 1pm I told them I need to get back to work I am late now going back to work .they finally got it together after all they took me through,I said I was getting chips for everyone also, out of common courtesy can you guys give me some chips to take back to my co-workers they been sitting there at work on they break waiting for me to get back they said no I said not even a drink of or pop they said no after all they did to me was wrong I mean wrong. Customer service was horrible, management was horrible everything about this visit was hurtful to me much as I like jersey mikes, I am sorry but I will not be back. I placed an order online and when i told the associate my name she told me she never got an order with an attitude so i Pulled it up on my phone and she then took the time to get on her computer to check for it and said, oh it just came through (ordered it 30 minutes prior). At this point I’m beyond irritated with her attitude AND SHE HAS THE NERVE TO CALL ME OUT, SAYING I DONT NEED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE IT’S NOT HER FAULT!! Then prints it off and sees that it has already been made but an employee accidentally gave it to a different customer and that they would have to remake it. While i was waiting, the same employee then asks me where I Tan because my skin is really dark for a white person. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Told her i work for a tanning salon and I’m also Italian and she responded that since I’m Italian I shouldn’t be tanning???? I ordered a giant 56 on white with mayo and a regular 16 on white with mayo. what I got was (2) regular 56s. Granted this makes a giant, but I went for two people and this would have left the other person without a lunch. Was not given the opportunity for shore points on the first order and when I asked to be credited, the group could not figure it out. When they finally told me the points were applied, they didnt realize that I still had a second order and would immediately check to see and found out they lied.
