Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Green Township

This used to be a great place. Deals were plentiful and pizzas came out fast and to specification. They didn't nickle and dime you for everything and were generally friendly. We had a Living Social coupon that we purchased which specified redeem with a phone (save a tree).

We ordered our pizzas and rushed over to grab them for a party. When we got in and showed the cashier the living social coupon on the phone they refused to honor it saying they need it printed out. I show them on the phone where it specifies redeem with the app but then the hot headed manager Kevin Pong emerged with an attitude and said it's their policy, not ours, go print this out or we are not accepting it. I casually try to explain to him that the numbers are right there, write them down if you need them. I even went as far as to call living social who were more than willing to talk with the store and inform them that they are bound to honor living social purchases on the phone but the manager would hear nothing of it. After too much time had passed we immediately drove back home, printed it out and returned. By the time we got back (15 mins) the manager (Kevin Pong) had taken both of our pizza's home. That was our last straw and the place has been slowly declining in every aspect since. Staff of teenagers are jejune and lackadaisical, often times not even acknowledging you at the counter while they text or carry out conversations. Pizzas have been hit or miss with accuracy or quality of consistency. Prices have jumped up considerably to the point that it is not worth the frustration to order...

MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH TRIED TO ORDER THE CARRYOUT SPECIAL 8.99 FOR 2 TOPPING LARGE.OUR COMPUTER WASN'T WORKING RIGHT TO ORDER ONLINE FOR CARRYOUT AT STORE(CHECKOUT BUTTON DID NOT WORK).MY HUSBAND THEN WENT IN THIS LOCATION AND SHOWED THEM SCREENSHOT,THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM,THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE! HE SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THAT SPECIAL,AND TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT,WHICH WE BOTH DID ON OUR PHONES(AND SON AT HOME VIA BOTH WEBSITES) AND APP /BOTH ONLINE ORDERING VIA PHONE CHECKOUT BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING(JAVA ERROR)THEY WERE ALL RUDE ESPECIALLY THAT MANAGER.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN, WAS INSULTED AND LAUGHED AT,YELLED AT FOR SHOWING THEM A SCREENSHOT FOR THE 2 TOPPING LARGE CARRYOUT ONLY ORDER FORM FROM ONLINE I TOOK. WHY DO YOU HAVE TWO ONLINE WEBSITES?THE OLD ONE WOULD HONOR THE 8.99 SPECIAL(MARCOSORDER DOT COM) BUT YOUR NEW ONE FOR THIS STORE DOES NOT??ALSO THE APP AND BOTH WEBSITES ONLINE ORDERING CAN'T CHOOSE WHOLE PIZZA FOR TOPPINGS AND SAUCE.. I have been ordering from this Marcos a very long time. Usually everything is fine other than the foul smell of sewage sometimes walking in for pickups in there lobby, today we picked up 2 large pizzas. One was burnt literally black on a little over half the pizza so I called and the first guy passed me to a female who asked me multiple times what was wrong 👀🤷🏽‍♀️ not sure what part of "the pizza is black and hard as a rock " she didn't understand buttttttt she places me on hold ...... Comes back basically says she doesn't know how it happen as if I'm making it up and all she could do was give me 50 percent off another 9.99 pizza ???? Lets just say here's your Google review young lady at Marcos in dent , giving a hard working momma who also helps w everyone else's kids a pizza harder than blacktop then expecting me to pay u for a new one definitely wasn't a great choice today and hopefully if your ever in this type of situation again u take a second to use that common sense that would tell you NO ONE WANTS TO PAY FOR BURNT PIZZA !
