White Castle — Restaurant in Green Township

I can tell you this! These great reviews up top are obviously from family /friends of the establishment. This is my local 2 min drive away white castles , it IS NOT OPEN 24/HRS... it is NEVER ON A SCHEDULE AT ALL... I've lived in this green township, over 20 yrs and up until 2 yrs ago this was my favorite place to go, always open and always very nice , good people working. Sad to say , I've had some pretty disappointing runs with them and it happened enough that I now drive all the way up Springdale rd to the Colerain/Northgate location. Several times I've went to this location on Harrison ave across from McDonald's and Kohls, near rybolt rd. First they changed from 24hrs to closing at Midnight with no notice other than a note taped on inside of drivethrue window. Said new hours closing at midnight Sunday -Thursday , open 24hrs Friday & Saturday . Nothing on the website about and hour change? As we pull off my kid reminds me that can't be right, it's 11:27pm. They'd still be open for 33 minutes, I pull back around to see an employee dodge the window just as my I come to the window, now because it's usually a great place , I thought they was being held up or robbed or something? I knock on the window, a guy in a white t shirt no uniform comes an opens it , says ( we're closed) I said we'll when did you change the hours? An even if you did? You'd still open for half an hour!! What's going on! He said NEW HRS and shut the window, fast forward 3 weeks , it's a Wednesday I'm driving home at 1am, I took my daughter at college some meds , I see cars in the drivethru ?? I pull in and go thru , order and ask the lady at the window about the hours changed? She says ( no we are back to 24 hrs) I'm thinking GREAT! Got my spot back! Until the next 5 trips , every time was an hours issue ... no consistency in schedule and too many wasted trips getting the car warmed up just to get up there and see there closed?! They also never answer the phone! Last point for me was when I was pulling in and they hurried to cut off the speaker lights to appear closed! I seen them scurrying over to do it ! Sad because it's something maybe with ownership? Just a difference in everything...

This place has the BEST WHITE CASTLE Burgers EVER. I would give them a 10 or 20 rating if I could. Everything was perfect. The employees were absolutely outstanding and very friendly, the place was clean, the burgers were so fresh we felt like we were eating at a 10 star restaurant. The last time we went on a trip we stopped at another white castle and they weren't very good so we were very happy that we found this one. We don’t have these restaurants where we live so we can’t get them very often so we buy the frozen ones which arent bad but nothing compared to these. I wish white castle would open up a place in South Carolina because we need them desperately. I used to eat these when I was a kid growing up so it’s so hard not to have them except for when we’re going traveling. My husband had one for his first time ever since they didnt have them where he grew up so he fell in love instantly. We love you White Castle. We’ll be back the next time we make...

We ordered 3 cheesy sacks with cheddar,small fries,small clam strips,small fish nibbler .

The sliders were cold , cheese and Patties hard, broken up, no pickle They forgot the small shrimp nibblers, the clam strips were burnt and mostly tiny pieces

The fries were cold& hard.

The cheese on patties were ice cold broken in pieces. The patties were ice cold hard,broken in pieces and the onions discolored and embedded like they've been sitting all day or frozen,or brought back to sit under lamp for the next fool to take.

My husband said the manager was very rude and didn't want to take $3 coupon. They took forever, had to repeat order over 3 times. That location is going down hill fast

Very very disappointed!! We went to the Harrison avenue location in Cincinnati Ohio . They did not give a receipt . How convenient!!
