First and foremost, i currently work part time at a wendys to assist my gf who is the GM when she needs help so i understand working fast food and being underpaid and over worked. That being said, theres no excuse for the horrible experience I suffered tonight at this location. The man working the menu board/front window/order-taker was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not busy at all, and had maybe 5 cars during this entire situation. After waiting at the menu board for around 2 minutes he says "you using the mobile app today" in an angry tone so i said yes I'm trying to use my deal for the day to get a frappe. He said okay, so I went ahead and clicked the use at restaurant option, and asked for a large caramel frappe. He then said actually our machine is down, you'll have to order something else. At this point I get frustrated because you can't go back and use a different deal on the app and I was stuck with this choice so I scrolled and asked for a latte instead. He laughed and said na bro that machine is down too. So again frustrated I looked and asked if the ice cream machine was down too and he said no that's working. So I asked if he could get his manager and possibly substitute the cheaper McCurry and ring it in as a more expensive large frappe and he said "NO. we ain't doing nothing like that. All we have is ice coffee, so get that with your coupon or nothing." I said okay I guess I'll have a large ice coffee vanilla with extra cream and extra sugar. When I get to the Window he makes me wait like 4 minutes before opening the window and taking my card and then they have me pull up to the 3rd window where I waited another few minutes. When another worker finally brought the drink I asked him if the frappee machine was down he said nah its working, we just don't be making them for anyone this late and laughed as he walked away. Looking at this iced coffee it looks like they spit in it so I am going to toss it out when I get home. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this entire experience. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon considering they are staffed by rude,angry, mean, and unprofessional employees (@ least their night shift) who tonight went out of their way to make sure I was unhappy and disappointed with my entire experience as a whole. If you hate your job, then find a new one! Don't take it out on...

A young African American male employee at the order counter, with an enormous amount of long hair, was bent over the counter reading his phone. When we walked up, he flipped his voluminous hair over his head. đ€ą We were so hungry, so we decided to stay, anyway. Shockingly, my fish sandwich combo was hot and my husbandâs quarter pounder and fries were hot.
Went through the drive-through around 4:15pm on Sunday. Since there were several cars ahead of me, I was hopeful that the food would be hot. I ordered a fish sandwich combo. The sandwich was room temperature. The fries were barely warm. No complaint about the Diet Coke. Itâs so frustrating to not get hot, freshly cooked food anymore at most fast food restaurants. 11/4/23 At 1pm today, I went in for lunch. During the time I was there, 4 different customers came inside the restaurant because their orders were messed up in the drive-through. The employees get all your drinks for you. đ„€đ„€đ„€Zero drinks to access/fill/refill in the dining room.đź They had a ketchup dispenser, but no small cups to put the ketchup in.đ WHO CAME UP WITH THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL???!!! đĄ Itâs AWFUL! There were quite a few employees in the cooking/prep area, several were going in and out of that area. I didnât see a single employee using gloves.đŁđ€ą I shouldâve left after seeing that. Sure enough. I barely got home before I got sick. Clearly, dirty hands handling the food....
   Read moreBased on my first couple of visits, admittedly very shortly after this location was remodeled and reopened, I had very high hopes. They were fast, friendly, efficient, our meals were hot. However, as time goes on... the drive through has been shut down due to technical issues..(no worries, I'll come in). Today though. I ordered 2 fries, 2 sandwiches, and a 10 piece nugget. I was asked to pull up and wait. Sure thing - no problem. The order came out.. with no nuggets and the double cheeseburger almost completely unwrapped in the bag. I went in and asked for the nuggets..I also asked for the burger to be remade. The manager gave me attitude. I told her it was unwrapped in my bag. She told me that's how it came off the conveyor. I understand paper wrappers came come loose.. but not completely off. I asked her why wasn't it rewrapped .. the food prep crew were all gloved.. but everyone towards the front were ungloved, handling other peoples meals, handling cash (which is about as filthy as it comes), and 2 people who handled my sandwich (the manager included) I personally witnessed using a cell phone (also notoriously filthy). Please, please would you please remake the burger. I do not like throwing food away.... but wether you throw that burger away or I do... it's going in the trash.
Ultimately she remade the burger and I thanked her most graciously. I'm not sure however if I'll be going back...
