I had advised them I had to drive home, I asked was there a way to get fresh meat, they advised me no, it comes frozen and they reheat it. After all that I spent $40 for all of my taco wrappers to not be wrapped properly, so there was no way the heat was staying inside, the had none of those cardboard things they sit the tacos in so they don't crack, my “$40 order” was smashed in the bag together, also it was like someone threw a handful of lettuce in the bag to be smart to make sure they were cold, there was lettuce all throughout the bag, and it wasn't from the tacos that were made, you could tell because, there was just too much. If my kids didn't want them so bad I would of returned the order. I called and advised the manager on duty, no empathy was showed whatsoever, She did apologize, but you could tell she didnt care by her tone and demeanor.

If she’s not washing the smoke and nicotine off of her fingers before serving your food, she’s probably not washing her hands for anything else either. Disgusting. Management needs to retrain and keep a close eye on her. Or reassign her to a non-food handling position. Or just release this substandard behavior from the company and let her work somewhere else. Like a trash handling facility. Or a wastewater treatment facility. Somewhere that having disgusting dirty hands doesn’t really matter. I will never eat in this restaurant, and I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Neither quesadilla had creamy cheese sauce despite ordering one with easy, neither were marked, but I guess it ended up not mattering, neither quesadilla was cut, at all - not like they didn’t succeed in cutting all the way through, like there wasn’t even a mark from an attempt, neither quesadilla - this is, I remind you, a $5+ item - had cheese across the tortilla, but rather was just a single line down the middle, leaving ~50% of the bites just two completely plain layers of tortilla… the cheese dip was less than half empty, the strawberry twists had 8 twists/partial twists in the bag, the cheesy roll up had lettuce in it (kids care), and it was a 25 minute wait with only one other person in the lobby.

EVERY time I’ve ever visited this Taco Bell over the past 3 years my experience has been so appallingly bad it’s almost comical at this point. Every single time my order is wrong so I’ve learned to check the bag before I leave the window, (even though I will still unwrap something to find a wrong item when I get home) but this last time was so awful I had to leave a review. On 8/31/23 I sat in line from 6:46pm to 7:34pm before receiving my food. Car after car I watched food go out the window, and get returned immediately (I’m assuming it was the wrong food or somehow messed up). I ordered beef, I got chicken. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito? Surprise, there’s no grilled cheese on it. I didn’t even get the bottled water I ordered. I got tap water instead. There was no “sorry for the wait” either, because 48 minutes is a normal drive through time for this location. It’s been nearly a year since I last visited here so I thought there would have been a staff change or something to remedy the horrific service taking place at this location but clearly that was not the case. I feel bad for whoever the franchise owner is because it’s being run into the ground and the employees are ensuring that it stays buried. After a handful of “I’ll give it another try”’s from me and being painfully disappointed every time, you’ll never see me at this Taco Bell location for the remainder of my existence on this planet. Save yourself the trouble and eat absolutely anywhere else, because there is no saving this train wreck. Not only has it been off the rails for years, but it’s fallen off a cliff and hit the ground so hard that not even the worlds largest excavation crew could dig it out… also my cinnabon bites were...

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at the Taco Bell located on Noblestown Road.

I ordered chicken tacos, but was mistakenly served beef — which is strictly against my religious dietary restrictions. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was initially told that the order had been prepared according to my request. However, after checking the system, it was confirmed that my order was indeed modified to chicken, and at no point did I request beef.

Despite this mistake, the manager informed me that a refund could not be issued. What made the experience even more frustrating was that parts of my order were also missing — the tacos lacked the requested potatoes — and it was clear that my order had been prepared without careful review of the actual details.

I was treated rudely when trying to explain the situation, and I left feeling dismissed and deeply disrespected, especially given the religious significance of the mistake.

I’m not just seeking a refund — I’m asking that the staff at this location receive proper training on order accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and respectful customer service. No one should be made to feel unheard or disrespected when raising a valid concern.

Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I hope this feedback will lead to better service for all customers...

I don’t even know what to say anymore…first off the line was long, waiting for about 10 mins before reaching up to the young woman… I had a mobile order meaning that I knew what I wanted before coming to the establishment. I was prepared then when reaching the window. It took another 10 mins before getting my food. No big deal it’s late, it’s okay. I’m pulling off and this is where I made my mistake. So I’m pulling up at the light and I decide to eat my food while driving home. I ordered nacho fries and they gave me nachos and cheese. The cheese didn’t even have lids on them. They wrapped them in the paper they usually wrap their tacos in. I see the creativity. All I want to know, is how? How and where was the confusion? I came back into the long line once again, just to wait another 30 mins to just have them fix my food that they should have done in the first place. I get up to the speaker and tell them my issue and she proceeds to tell me that they don’t have any nacho fries tonight. Okay that’s no problem at all, but I feel like I should have been addressed this when I came around the first time. So I could have gotten or chosen something else. It’s late… I’m hungry.
