This is the lowest review I have ever given to any Starbucks. Sadly corporate is not going to see this to make some very necessary changes. First - can we just get rid of that ever shrinking butter croissant? The previous vendor to this last one knew how to make croissants. This is not a croissant but a brioche - let's be honest. But 4 dollars for something that is not even an ounce of weight? Really? Bring back the bagel bites filled with cream cheese at least - so that I can justify the expenditure. Second, who hired all these men that take orders that are borderline flirting with the customers... I felt uncomfortable the last three times. It was over the top. AND they do not do their job correctly. I was handed twice someone else's drinks - then had to wait that long drive thru line to get my cold drink that sat there and ended up at tepid temperatures. What is the big deal? One, the making a female customer uncomfortable, that needs to be addressed. Two, the last time I was handed the wrong drink at 5:30 am on my way to another state, I took a sip of something that I had an adverse reaction to. Yes indeed Starbucks! Seriously.... another customer would sue. I am fed up with your lack of care for your customers' health and experience at your store. No - I don't want an apology. I want to see professionalism. Read moreI stop here every morning on my way to work because it's the only drive thru Starbucks on my route. However, each day I get more and more frustrated by the gentleman at the drive thru counter each morning. I think he should wear gloves. He is handling cash and food but his finger nails are not clean. When working in food establishments, associates should maintain a clean appearance. This gentleman always has unclean fingernails and his skin seems cut with multiple slits. You can literally see black under his nails. He handles the cup of coffee with his hands over the lid. This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING because this is where you sip from. Also, I have tan leather interior in my vehicle. My coffee is always dripping when handed to me. The cup has coffee spilled all over it when presented to me. I have to ask for napkins to wipe the cup clean. I never make negative reviews because I'm in the service industry also, but this must be corrected. I do not expect this from Starbucks and I'm beyond upset...
Read moreAfter paying $5.00 for a cup of coffee which I do regularly, I asked for a cup of ice to have as well. Being that it was 6am and dark out I went to pour some ice into my hot coffee and it was a whole cup of creamer. It. Spilled. EVERYWHERE in my car, myself and center consol. I was mortified. My car is completely sticky in all the cracks. How can you not get a cup of ice right? It was not busy at all and looks like the employees were just chatting away not paying attention. I called to notify the manager as I am livid and the response I was given was “I can’t do anything for you, my manager is at a very important conference in Chicago.” Are you KIDDING ME? Not an apology or anything!!!!!!! The employees at this location need to get it together and have some real customer service skills. Dunkin Donuts is much more professional than what I dealt with.
