Jerzee’s Sports Pub - Green — Restaurant in Green

We had never been here so figured we would try it out. The bar itself looks nice. They have a nice outdoor eating area and the inside was clean and had the typical northeast Ohio sports bar decor.

Our server was polite and friendly but seeing as she looked really young I'm guessing she doesn't have the experience to handle certain situations. For example I asked her what sizes their pizzas were. She told me they were small and large. I clarified that I was asking for size in inches and she just told me how many slices each had. I do feel like a more experienced server would have said something like...I'm not sure but I can go ask for you. Then after I got my pizza it wasn't cut all the way through and I know she saw me cutting it better with the knife that comes with the silverware set but didn't stop and asked if I needed it cut better.

We did enjoy our drinks, they tasted good and looked nice as well. Our food was just ok. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, no complaints other than it not being cut all the way through and ripping my first couple pieces apart trying to pick it up. The turkey club looked ok but a little underwhelming for $15.

Overall it wasn't bad, I didn't dislike anything but nothing really stood out as being great. I might go again with some friends to watch a game and have some drinks but probably wouldn't go back just...

Haven't been here in a really long time, so we decided to check it out again. The wings were really good. The platter is able to be customized to try different wing sauces! We were happy about that! However, we were asked if we wanted celery and ranch. We said sure. I looked on the menu and saw it was an extra 99 cents. Not that big of a deal, but the server should have probably worded it as "Would you like to ADD ON celery and ranch?". Once we got our bill, we were charged .99 for a cup of ranch AND another .99 for 6 pieces of celery. Sneaky, as the menu says 'or' and not 'and' to suggest they come together but definitely not giving all the info upfront. Lastly, I got the homemade creamy Italian. I have never had a creamy Italian that was sweet. It was so sweet like a poppyseed dressing. I did not expect that, and it wasn't enjoyable. I had already poured it all over my salad. My server did offer to get me a new one and I am the one that declined because I was starving and hate wasting food. So no error on the server on that. But I would suggest renaming your homemade creamy Italian to 'Sweet Creamy Italian' or let people know it's sweet as this is very much out of the ordinary for a creamy...

Service is starting to lack but normally love this place. We stopped in yesterday. Sat in outside bar tables and the bartender had to advise server she had 2 new tables even though she waited on the table next to us twice already. She dinally walked half way toour table then turned around, grabbed menus and decided to take the other table that arrived after us first. As a nurse who waited tables through nursing school she probably chose the cheaper tipper first 🤣 So we went to the inside bar with seats to spend our money as we had already waited almost 10 min and no service. Waited Nother 5 min and no one came to the inside bar now. Now all their servers start walking to the outside bar and the hostess continues to play on her phone before chatting with the kitchen staff. So we decided to finally leave and take our business elsewhere that acknowledges you before a 15 min time frame passes. On our way out the hostess wished us a great day never realizing they had just lost customers for poor service. Still love this place but probably won't sit anywhere but directly at the outside bar for any...
