Their pepperoni pizza caused four people from four different households to get food poisoning. Those of us that just ate the cheese pizzas were perfectly fine. They were the only four to eat the pepperoni pizza, and all four of them got a bad case of food poisoning. When I called about it, all they said was that they hadn’t received any other phone calls about food poisoning, so it must have been something else that caused it. That was the ONLY thing that ONLY the four of them ate. My mom ended up calling in an hour or so later to say that pepperoni pizza had caused people to get sick. They told her the same exact thing: that they hadn't received any other phone calls like this (a lie since I had called an hour beforehand) and that it must have been something else. I contacted corporate about this because they're obviously told to say that spiel to anyone that calls. They did nothing about it. We'd both gotten pizzas from here several times before, but...

Terrible experience. Our pizza was made incorrectly, the coupon pricing was not applied, and they forgot the 2 liter soda.

When I called and asked them to fix it, they told me they would just give me a credit for a 2 liter the next time I ordered. I told them I live in Georgia and wouldn’t be back. They said the only solution was for me to drive up to the store to have my card rerun.

I’m confused. They can run the card over the phone but can’t void the transaction and redo it? I told her it wasn’t worth the time and gas to drive 20 minutes round trip just to get my $5 back. The girl said “oh, okay, have a good night!” Terrible customer service. Very...

Horrible food and even worse service

I'm not one to go online and complain, but to not only have a manager(sarah) be rude and disrespectful but the owner(Dan) as well is completely unprofessional and quite unacceptable. I don't care if an order is $1 or $1,000,000 you(Dan) as an owner are supposed to take responsibility for and have pride in every order that leaves through the doors of your business and what I received last night was horrible and the response from you was ridiculous and you should be embarrassed and ashamed of how you and your employees handled it. I won't ever order from here again and will be sure to let as many people as I can...
